Mounting instructions
1 Palla upp mc:n och tag av sadel och sidokåpor.
2 Tag bort batteriet och botten på batterilådan.
3 Lossa övre och nedre stötdämparskruven. Tag ut
stötdämparen uppåt.
4 Motering av Öhlindämparen:
För ut gasbehållaren på vänster sida och
hydraulförspännaren på höger sida. Montera
övre och nedre fästskruv.
5 Gasbehållaren monteras med gummin och
klammer enligt skiss. Bind upp slangen med
medföljande buntband.
6 Hydraulförspännaren monteras mellan bakre
fotpinnefästet och ramen. Använd medföljande
M8x35 skruvar och lägg 5 mm brickan mellan
fotpinnefästet och ramen vid den andra
fästskruven. (Se skiss) Sätt fast slangen med
buntband.
7 Montera sidokåpor och sadel. Kontrollera att
alla skruvar är åtdragna och att inget tar i när
bakhjulet fjädrar in.
1 Put the motorcycle on a stand so that the rear
wheel is off the ground. Remove seat and side
covers.
2 Remove the battery and the bottom of the battery
box.
3 Remove the upper and lower shock mounting
bolts. Remove the shock absorber upwards.
4 Mounting of the Öhlin shock:
Pull out the reservoir on the left side and the
hydraulic pre-load adjuster on the right side of
the bike. Mount the shock absorber bolts.
5 The reservoir shall be mounted with rubbers and
hose clamps according to the sketch on next
page. Fix the hose with ty-raps.
6 The hydraulic pre-load adjuster is mounted
between the footpeg bracket and the frame. Use
the two bolts and the washer. Use ty-raps for the
hoose.
7 Mount side covers and seat. See to that all bolts
are tightened and that there is no clearance
problems when the wheel moves.
Groove / Spår
Lock nut /Låsmutter
På denna modell finns en ändögla/bygel monterad
som är justerbar på längden.
Öglan/bygeln får ej skruvas ut längre än att spåret
blir helt synligt under låsmuttern. Se skiss. Se till
att låsmuttern är fastdragen efter justering.
This model has an adjustable end eye/bracket
mounted. The end eye/bracket must not be
threaded out more than that the groove is visible
beneath the lock nut. See fig. Make shure that the
lock nut is tightened after adjustment
