The end eye shall not be threaded out
more than 5 mm.
Ändöglan får ej justeras ut mer än 5mm.
Mounting instructions
1.
Palla upp MC:n så att bakhjulet hänger
fritt i luften.
2.
Lossa dämparens nedre och övre
fästskruv.
3.
Lossa skruvarna till länkarmarna.
4.
Tag ut dämparen uppåt. Sätt
Öhlinsdämparen på plats i omvänd
ordning.
5.
Montera övre och nedre fästskruv samt
länksystemet.
6.
Hydraulförspännaren monteras i
ljuddämparfästet enligt skiss. Använd
medföljande skruv 1046-25.
7.
Bind upp slangen med buntband 231-01.
8.
Kontrollera att alla skruvar är åtdragna
innan du ger dig ut på en provtur.
1.
Put the motorcycle on a stand so that the
rear wheel is off the ground.
2.
Remove the lower and upper shock
mounting bolts.
3.
Remove the bolts to the links.
4.
Remove the shock absorber upwards.
Put the Öhlins shock in place in reverse
order.
5.
Mount the upper and lower mounting
bolts and the linkage.
6.
The hydraulic preload adjuster shall be
mounted at the silencer bracket
according to the sketch. Use the
supplied bolt 1046-25.
7.
Tie up the hose with the tie raps 231-01.
8.
Check that all bolts are tightened before
you go for a test ride.
Groove / Spår
Lock nut /Låsmutter
På denna modell finns en ändögla/bygel monterad
som är justerbar på längden.
Öglan/bygeln får ej skruvas ut längre än att spåret
blir helt synligt under låsmuttern. Se skiss. Se till
att låsmuttern är fastdragen efter justering.
This model has an adjustable end eye/bracket
mounted. The end eye/bracket must not be threaded
out more than that the groove is visible beneath the
lock nut. See fig. Make shure that the lock nut is
tightened after adjustment
