Mounting instructions
1.
Ställ MC:n på centralstödet.
2.
Lossa skruven som sammanbinder triangellänk och
draglänkar.
3.
Lossa först den nedre fästbulten till stötdämparen,
därefter den övre.
4.
Tag ut stötdämparen nedåt. Sätt Öhlins dämparen på
plats i omvänd ordning. För upp och ut
gasbehållaren på höger sida.
5.
Montera den först den övre, sedan den nedre
fästskruven och länksystemet.
6.
Gasbehållaren monteras med medföljande gummin
230-01 och slangklämmor 643-02 enligt skiss.
7.
Kontrollera att alla skruvar är åtdragna innan du ger
dig ut på en provtur.
1.
Put the motorcycle on the centre stand so that the
rear wheel is off the ground.
2.
Remove the bolt, which connects the triangular link
and the pull rods.
3.
Remove the lower and upper shock mounting bolts.
4.
Remove the shock absorber downwards. Put the
Öhlins shock in place in reverse order. Pull out the
gas reservoir on the right side of the bike.
5.
Mount the upper and lower shock mounting bolts
and the linkage.
6.
The reservoir shall be mounted with the supplied
rubbers 230-01 and hose clamps 643-02 according to
the sketch.
7.
Check that all bolts are tightened before you go for a
test ride.
