Mounting instructions
1 Palla upp mc:n och tag bort sadel och sidokåpor.
2 Börja med att lossa skruven och ändstycket i ena
änden av axeln i länksystemet. Lossa sedan den
andra skruven och tryck ut axeln.
3 Lossa övre stötdämparfästet och tag bort
stötdämparen nedåt.
4 Montering av Öhlindämparen sker i omvänd
ordning. Börja med att föra ut
hydraulförspännaren på höger sida.
5 Hydraulförspännaren monteras tillsammans med
bromscylindern till bakbromsen. Se skiss. Man
måste göra ett urtag i täckplåtens hörn för att
förspänningsreglaget skall kunna monteras
enligt bilden på nästa sida.
6 Montera sadel och sidokåpor. Kontrollera att
alla skruvar är dragna och att inget tar i när
bakhjulet fjädrar in.
1 Put the motorcycle on a stand so that the rear
wheel is off the ground. Remove seat and side
covers.
2 Start with loosening the screw and the endpiece
at one end of the shaft in the linkage. Then
loosen the screw at the other end and push the
shaft out.
3 Loosen the upper shock absorber mounting
screw and remove the shock downwards.
4 Mount the Öhlins shock absorber in reverse
order. Start with pulling out the hydraulic pre-
load adjuster on the right side.
5 The hydraulic pre-load adjuster shall be
mounted at the rear brake cylinder according to
the sketch on next page. It is necessary to
remove some of the corner of the covering plate
to manage to mount the pre-load adjuster
according to the sketch.
6 Mount seat and side covers. Check carefully that
all bolts are tightend and that there are no
clearance problems when the rear wheel moves.
