Mounting instructions
1. Ställ MC:n på centralstödet.
2. Plocka bort sadel och sidokåpor.
3. Demontera standard stötdämparen. Börja med
nedre stötdämparskruven och skruven till
draglänkarna.
4. Montering av Öhlin dämparen;
Montera i omvänd ordning mot demonteringen
av standarddämparen.För upp
hydraulförspännaren och gasbehållaren först.
Gasbehållaren monteras på höger sida enl.
skiss. Hydraulförspännaren på vänster sida med
medföljande fäste och skruv enl. skiss.
5. Fäst upp slangen till hydraulförspännaren med
buntbanden.
6 Kontrollera att inga slangar el. dyl. kläms eller
tar i när hjulet fjädrar in, samt att samtliga
skruvar är åtdragna.
7. Montera sadel och sidokåpor.
1. Put the motorcycle on the center stand.
2. Remove seat and side covers.
3. Remove the standard shock. Start with the
lower shock bolt and the draglink bolt.
4. Mounting of the Öhlins shockabsorber.
Mount the Öhlins shock in reverse order. Pull
up the gasreservoir and hydraulic preload
adjuster first. The reservoir shall be mounted on
the the right side (see fig). The hydraulic
preload aadjuster on the left side with attached
bracket and bolt (se fig).
5. Fix the hose to the hydraulic preload adjuster
with the ty-raps.
6. Check that no hoses etc. are not squeezed or
touch anything when the wheel moves, and that
all bolts are tightened.
7. Mount seat and side covers.
