Tänk på att produktens livslängd är begränsad (se manual).
Detta är extra viktigt vid förskrivning till brukare som kan
förväntas använda produkten under en längre tid.
Tvätt- och rengöringsinstruktioner återfinns på produkten
alternativt i manualen.
Produkterna skall rengöras med konventionella rengöringsmedel
utan slipmedel. De skall rengöras regelbundet. Produkterna kan
rengöras maskinellt i 85° i maximalt 3 minuter.
Vid rekonditionering bör följande kontrolleras:
1) Att snabbmutter, toppkona och adapter är i bra
skick.
Då dessa detaljer utsätts för stora påkänningar och sitter
i en aggressiv miljö bör kontrollen vara noggrann.
Detaljerna kan ses som säkerhetsdetaljer och av detta
skäl skall detaljerna bytas ut vid tveksamheter.
Kontrollera också att snabbmuttrarna är åtdragna.
2) Att förhöjningsklossar, hållare och fötter är
åtdragna.
Då dessa är viktiga för produktens stabilitet och säkerhet
är det viktigt att de sitter fast.
3) Att armstödshyllan sitter fast.
Då denna är viktig för att ge stöd åt armstödet när
det belastas.
4) Att armstödsbrickorna sitter fast.
Kontrollera att skruvarna är åtdragna och att inte
armstödsbrickan är trasig.
(Gäller tom. Serie nr. 28809).
5) Att låsdetaljerna är funktionsdugliga
(de plastdetaljer som snäpper fast sittenheten
vid fästanordningen).
Kontrollera så att hållaren är hel som håller
sittenheten och att den röda markeringen är vänd
framåt.
6) Att produktens olika funktioner fungerar.
Att sittenheten går att montera/ demontera från fästet.
Att produkten går att fälla upp och ned.
Att armstöden går att fälla upp och ned, om de inte är
fast monterade.
7) Att löstagbara detaljer är i dugligt skick och är
Etac:s originalprodukter.
Detta för att kunna ta fullt ansvar för produkten efter
rekonditionering.
8) Fyll i lackskador med Etacs bättringsfärg.

Spare parts can be ordered as per the separate spare parts list
for Cloo. Remember that the service life of the product is limited
(see manual). This is particularly important when prescribing
the product to a user who is expected to use it for an extended
period of time.
Washing and cleaning instructions for the product are found on
the product or in the manual.
The products must be cleaned using conventional non-abrasive
cleaning agents. They must be cleaned
on a regular basis. The products can be cleaned in a machine at
85° for a maximum of 3 minutes.
When reconditioning it is recommended to inspect the
following:
1) Check that the quick-release nuts, top cones and
adapters are in good condition.
As these components are exposed to major strain and
an aggressive environment, a detailed inspection
is required. The components can be seen as safety
components and for this reason must be replaced
if there is any doubt.
Also check that the quick-release nuts are properly
tightened.
2) Check that height spacers, brackets and
anti-skid feet are properly tightened.
As these are important for the stability and safety
of the product, it is important that they are fitted
properly.
3) Check that the armrest support is securely fastened.
This is important as it supports the armrest when it is
put under pressure.
4) Check that the armrest washers are securely
fastened.
Check that the screws are properly tightened and
that the armrest washer is not defective.
(Applies up to and including Serial no. 28809).
5) Check that the locking components are in working
order (the plastic components that lock the seat unit
in place to the attachment).
Check that the holder for the seat unit is intact and
that the red marking is facing
forward.
6) Check that the different functions in the product are
in working order.
Check that the seat unit can be fitted/removed from
the attachment.
Check that the product can be folded up and down.
Check that the armrests can be folded up and down if
they are not fitted in place.
7) That detachable items are in good condition and are
Etac’s original products.
This is done to take full responsibility for the product
once it has been reconditioned.

Ersatzteile können gemäß der separaten Ersatzteilliste für Cloo
bestellt werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Produkt eine
begrenzte Lebensdauer hat (siehe Handbuch). Dies ist besonders
wichtig im Falle von Verschreibungen an Benutzer, die das
Produkt voraussichtlich längere Zeit verwenden werden.
Wasch- und Reinigungsanweisungen für das Produkt befinden
sich auf dem Produkt bzw. im Handbuch.
Die Produkte müssen mit konventionellen Reinigungsmitteln
ohne Schleifmittel gereinigt werden. Sie müssen vorschriftsmäßig
gereinigt werden. Die Produkte können maschinell bei 85°
maximal 3 Minuten lang gereinigt werden.
Bei der Wartung muss Folgendes kontrolliert werden:
1) Dass Schnellverschlussmutter, Deckel und
Adapter in gutem Zustand sind.
Da diese Teile starker Beanspruchung ausgesetzt
sind und sich in einer aggressiven Umgebung
befinden, muss die Kontrolle sehr sorgfältig sein.
Diese Teile sind als Sicherheitsteile zu betrachten und
müssen daher im Zweifelsfall ausgetauscht werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich auch, dass die
Schnellverschlussmuttern angezogen sind.
2) Dass die Sitzhöhenadapter, die Halterungen und die
Füße angezogen sind.
Da diese für die Stabilität und Sicherheit des Produkts
wichtig sind, müssen sie fest sitzen.
3) Dass der Armlehnenhalter fest sitzt.
Da dieser die Armlehne bei Belastungen unterstützt.
4) Dass die Armlehnenunterlegscheiben fest sitzen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Schrauben angezogen
und die Armlehnenunterlegscheiben nicht zerbrochen
sind.
(Gilt bis einschl. Serie Nr. 28809).
5) Dass die Verschlussteile funktionstüchtig sind
(die Kunststoffteile, mit denen die Sitzeinheit an
der Befestigungsvorrichtung einrastet).
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Halterung, die die
Sitzeinheit hält, ganz ist und die roten Markierungen
nach vorne zeigen.
6) Dass die verschiedenen Funktionen des Produkts
funktionieren.
Dass die Sitzeinheit an der Befestigung angebracht/
von ihr abgenommen werden kann.
Dass das Produkt hoch- und heruntergeklappt werden
kann.
Dass die Armlehne, falls sie nicht fest montiert ist,
hoch- und heruntergeklappt werden kann.
7) Dass sich alle abnehmbaren Teile in ordnungs-
gemäßem Zustand befinden und dass es sich um
Originalprodukte von Etac handelt.
Damit nach der Wartung die volle Verantwortung für
das Produkt übernommen werden kann.
8) Bessern Sie Lackschäden mit Ausbesserungslack von Etac
aus. RAL 9003 (Glanzgrad 90)
