erworben, das bei richtiger Anwendung und Pflege lange zu Ihrem Wohlbe-

finden beitragen wird.

Damit Sie mit Ihrem Fußsprudelbad die gewünschte Wirkung erzielen und

lange Freude daran haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen die nachstehenden Hinweise

zum Gebrauch und für die Pflege sorgfältig zu lesen.

Lesen Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise sorgfältig

durch, bevor Sie das Gerät einsetzen und bewahren Sie

die Gebrauchsanweisung für die weitere Nutzung auf.

• Bevor Sie das Gerät an Ihre Stromversorgung anschließen, achten Sie darauf,

dass die auf dem Typenschild angegebene Netzspannung mit der Ihres

Stromnetzes übereinstimmt.

• Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.

• Sollte dennoch einmal Flüssigkeit in das Gerät gelangen, ziehen Sie sofort den

Netzstecker.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Kabel oder Steckdose beschädigt sind,

halten Sie das Kabel von heißen Oberflächen fern.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur mit Wasser und mit dafür geeigneten Badezu-

sätzen, nicht mit anderen Flüssigkeiten.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus

der Steckdose.

• Stellen Sie sich nicht ins Gerät, denn für eine Belastung mit vollem Körpergewicht

ist es nicht ausgelegt.

• Stellen Sie das Gerät zum Gebrauch auf eine feste Bodenfläche, so dass es

nicht kippen kann.

• Fassen Sie den Schalter und den Stecker stets mit trockenen Händen an.

• Benutzen Sie das Kabel nicht zum Ziehen oder Tragen des Gerätes.

• Achten Sie besonders sorgsam auf die richtige Benutzung, wenn das Gerät von

oder in der Nähe von Kindern oder behinderten Personen eingesetzt wird.

• Das Gerät ist nicht für den kommerziellen Gebrauch bestimmt.

• Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht unbeobachtet, während es angeschaltet ist.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur entsprechend seiner Bestimmung laut Gebrauchs-

anweisung.

Generell können Sie sich für ein Fußbad mit Massage ungefähr 10 bis 15

Minuten Zeit nehmen und täglich ein- bis zweimal durchführen.

Allerdings sollten Sie darauf achten, dass nach jedem Gebrauch das Gerät

vollkommen abgekühlt ist, bevor es wieder in Betrieb gesetzt wird!

Jeder Mensch reagiert unterschiedlich auf eine Massage. Ganz individuell

wird von dem einen die sanfte, von dem anderen die intensive Massage

als angenehm empfunden. Sie werden schon nach einigen Anwendungen

mit dem MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM die für Sie persönlich optimale

Anwendungsform finden und damit die gewünschte Entspannung erzielen.

Lieferumfang

Gut gepflegte Füße sind nicht nur schön, sondern in der Regel auch gesund.

Schon ein paar Minuten Aufmerksamkeit pro Tag reichen, damit die stark bean-

spruchten Füße sich wohl fühlen und schmerzfrei durch den Tag gehen können.

Ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Fußpflege ist ein entspannendes Fußbad.

Die besten Voraussetzungen dafür bietet das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM.

Es ermöglicht eine Fußmassage mit oder ohne Wasser, eine intensive Reflex-

zonenmassage und eine Wärmebestrahlung mit Infrarotlicht. Je nach Wunsch

kann bei dem Gerät die Massage- oder Sprudelfunktion alleine oder in Kombi-

nation mit der Infrarotbestrahlung gewählt werden. In jedem Fall erzielen Sie mit

den vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten eine Wirkung für Körper und Seele,

die von vielen als wohltuend und entspannend empfunden wurde.

Massage

Ausgestattet mit Vibro-Noppen, Luftsprudelleiste, Massage-Jet-Düsen und aus-

tauschbaren Akkupressureinlagen ermöglicht das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad

WBM eine Fußmassage von der Sohle bis zum Fußrücken. Durch die Fußmas-

sage werden die Gewebeschichten besser durchblutet, so dass Venen- sowie

Lymphgefäße entstaut werden können. Verspannte Muskeln können gelockert

werden. Der Stoffwechsel in den Zellen wird angeregt.

Infrarot-Bestrahlung

Die in Position 1 und 3 eingeschaltete Infrarotbestrahlung durchdringt in an-

genehmer Weise die Fußsohlen und kann eine tiefgreifende Wärmetherapie

ermöglichen.

Wärmebehandlung

Das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM erwärmt das Wasser im Gerät auf eine

angenehme Temperatur und sorgt dafür, dass während der Anwendung eine

gleichbleibende Temperatur aufrecht erhalten wird.

Aromatherapie

Für die Zugabe von Aromaölen oder Badezusätzen ist eine Vertiefung im

MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM eingelassen. Die Zusatzstoffe vermischen sich

langsam mit dem Wasser und unterstützen die entspannende Wirkung des Fuß-

bades.

Der kräftige und warme Wasserstrahl umspült den gesunden Fuß und sorgt für

Bevor Sie Wasser in das Gerät einfüllen, stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass keine Ver-

bindung zu einer Stromquelle besteht, d.h. das Netzkabel darf nicht in der

Steckdose stecken! Stecken Sie den Netzstecker erst in die Steckdose, wenn

das Fußsprudelbad mit Wasser befüllt ist und kippsicher auf den Boden steht.

Sie können das Gerät auch für eine Fußmassage ohne Wasser nutzen – stellen

Sie dafür den Drehschalter

auf die Position 1 (Vibrationsmassage mit Infra-

rotbestrahlung) ein.

Das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM kann mit bis zu 3,3 Litern Wasser gefüllt

werden. Die maximale Einfüllhöhe ist im Fußsprudelbad gekennzeichnet

. Je

nach Wunsch können Sie kaltes oder warmes Wasser, mit oder ohne einen

Badezusatz verwenden.

Verwenden Sie keine schäumenden Badezusätze und

kein Badesalz.

Setzen Sie sich bequem vor das Fußsprudelbad und wählen Sie eine der drei

verschiedenen Funktionen am Drehschalter

Wärmefunktion auswählen

Das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM verfügt über eine innovative Wärme-

funktion. Diese technische Verbesserung ermöglicht es, das Wasser während

einer Anwendung konstant auf gleicher Temperatur zu halten oder zu erwärmen.

Position 1 : Wassertemperatur beibehalten

Wenn Sie den Drehschalter auf 1 gestellt haben, wird die Temperatur des ein-

gefüllten Wassers beibehalten – bzw. nur geringfügig erwärmt.

Position 2 und 3 : Wasser erwärmen

In der Position 2 und 3 wird automatisch eine Wärmefunktion beigeschaltet.

Leitungswasser erreicht nach ungefähr 10 Minuten eine angenehme Tempera-

tur für ein entspannendes Fußbad, die dann während der Anwendung bei-

behalten wird. Sollte das Wasser in Position 2 und 3 für Ihr Empfinden zu stark

erwärmt werden, stellen Sie auf Position 1 um und warten Sie, bis es auf die

von Ihnen gewünschte Temperatur abgekühlt ist. Wenn Sie kaltes Wasser hin-

zufügen, um die Temperatur zu senken, achten Sie bitte darauf, dass die maxi-

male Einfüllhöhe

nicht überschritten wird.

ACHTUNG

Wenn Sie empfindlich auf Wärme reagieren, Kreislaufprobleme,

Schwellung, Entzündungen, Hautirritationen oder Hautwunden

haben, sollten Sie vor der Anwendung mit Ihrem Arzt sprechen.

Entnehmen Sie die Abdeckkappe und geben Sie Aromastoffe und Badeöle in

die darunter liegende Vertiefung

. Während des Betriebes wird der Zusatz

langsam in das Wasser gespült.

• Bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät ausge-

schaltet und der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose gezogen ist. Schütten Sie

dann das Wasser über die dafür vorgesehenen Ablaufkerben

aus und

reinigen Sie das abgekühlte Gerät mit einem Tuch.

• Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven Substanzen, wie z.B. Scheuermilch oder

andere Spülmittel, für die Reinigung. Das könnte die Oberfläche angreifen.

• Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen Platz.

• Wickeln Sie das Stromkabel sorgfältig auf, um einen Kabelbruch zu ver-

meiden.

Entsorgen Sie Ihr Elektroaltgerät nach dessen Lebensdauerende umweltge-

recht!

a massage, once or twice daily.

However you should ensure that the device has completely cooled off

before it is used again!

using the MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath a few times you will discover

Well cared for feet not only look good, they are generally speaking also healthy.

Just a few minutes’ attention per day suffice for highly stressed feet to feel good

and cope with the daily chores without pain. One important part of pedicure is a

relaxing footbath.

The MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath offers the best pre-requisites for this. It

makes a powerful foot massage with or without water possible, an intensive

reflex zone massage and infrared light heat radiation too. If required, the device

can be used for the massage or spray function only or it can also be combined

with the infrared radiation. Whatever you select, the varied applications help you

to achieve an effect for body and soul which most people find pleasant and

relaxing.

Massage

Equipped with vibrating nipples, an air spray bar, massage jets and exchangeable

acupressure inserts, the MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath enables a foot

massage from the sole to the foot instep.

The foot massage supplies the tissue layers better with blood and can thus

unblock veins and lymphoid vessels.Tense muscles can be loosened and painful

joints soothed.

The metabolism in the cells is stimulated.

Infraredradiation

The infrared radiation turned on in positions 1 and 3 penetrates the soles of the

feet pleasantly and can make a far-reaching heat therapy possible.

Heattreatment

Das MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath heats the water in the device to a

pleasant temperature and ensures that the temperature remains constant during

use.

Aromatherapy

A depression is embedded in the MEDISANA WBM footbath for the addition of

aromatic substances and bath salts.

The added substances mix slowly with the water and intensify the relaxing effect

Before filling the device with water, make sure that no mains leads are con-

nected, i.e. the electricity lead must not be plugged-in!

When the foot spray bath is securely placed on the floor (ensuring that it

cannot tip over), and has been filled with water, insert the mains plug into the

power supply socket.

You can also use the device for a foot massage without water - for this mode

switch the Rotary switch

to position 1 (vibrationmassage with infrared

radiation).

The MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath can be filled with up to 3.3 litres of

water. The maximum filling height is marked

in the foot spray bath. You

can use cold or warm water with or without bath additives, just as desired.

Never use any foaming bath additives or bath salts.

Sit down comfortably in front of the foot spray bath and select one of the three

different functions using the Rotary switch

Heat function selection

The MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath includes an innovative heating

function. This technical improvement makes it possible to keep the water at a

constant temperature during application or to warm it.

Position 1 : Maintain the water temperature

If you have switched the Rotary switch to 1, the temperature of the filled water

will remain – or it will be heated a little.

Position 2 and 3 : Heating water

If set to position 2 or 3, a warming function is turned on automatically.

Tap water reaches a pleasant temperature for a relaxed footbath after ca. 10

minutes and this is kept constant during application.

If the water in position 2 or 3 is heated too hot for you, turn down to position

1 and wait until the water has cooled down to the temperature you desire. If

you add cold water to lower the temperature, please make sure not to exceed

the maximum filling height

Remove the cap and place the aromatic substances and bath oils in the depres-

sion

located below. During operation of the device, the additive will

slowly be mixed into the water.

• Before cleaning the device, make sure that it is turned off and the mains plug

is removed from the socket. Pour the water out over the water outlet

notches

and clean the device with a cloth when it has cooled off.

• Please do not use any aggressive substances, e.g. scouring chemicals or

other washing-up liquids when cleaning. These could damage the surface.

• Store the device in a dry, cool place.

• Wind-up the electricity lead carefully to avoid it parting.

Dispose of your old electrical unit in an environmentally acceptable manner

when it has reached the end of its service life!

Packaging is reusable or may be recycled; metal parts must be disposed of

as scrap metal; plastics, electrical and electronic components must be disposed

of as electroscrap. Consult your municipal authority or your dealer for infor-

Please contact your dealer or the service centre in case of a claim under the

warranty. If you have to send in the unit, please enclose a copy of your receipt

and state what the defect is.

The following warranty terms apply:

1. The warranty period for MEDISANA products is three years from date of

purchase. In case of a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to be

proven by means of the sales receipt or invoice.

2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within

the warranty period.

3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the

unit or for the replacement parts.

4. The following is excluded under the warranty:
