PIZZA BAKING
1. Preheat your oven for *12-15 minutes (*15-18 minutes for the 16”)
2. Place your pizza on the pizza peel, and slide it into the pizza oven.
3. Turn your pizza frequently to bake the pizza evenly.
4. NB! Watch your pizza closely, different toppings and dough will give different
results.
TIP
Use full effect when preheating, and turn the heat down 10-20% under baking, or
rotate the pizza more frequently for a better result. If the topping is nished before
the pizza crust, turn the heat down, and the pizza stone will continue to bake the
crust. If the pizza sticks to your pizza peel, use our on the pizza peel to make it
less sticky. Be aware that the our could burn.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Store the pizza oven out of direct sunlight. Store it indoors where it’s possible to
store for longer periods of time. The pizza oven should not be exposed to harsh
weather conditions such as snow, heavy rain and strong wind.
Wait for the pizza oven to cool completely before moving it.
The outer shell may fade over time, this will not affect the performance.
Do not use the pizza stone over open ame.
Avoid extreme temperature changes to the stone. This can cause your pizza
stone to crack.
Do not put frozen foods on the pizza stone.
Do not put a cold pizza stone into a hot oven.
Do not cool the pizza stone with cold water when the stone is hot.
Handle the pizza stone carefully. It is fragile and can break if bumped or
dropped.
Do not use the pizza stone while it is wet. The moisture could cause cracking.
Make sure the pizza stone is completely dry before use. You could dry it in an
oven at 60°C for 2 hours.
