Mounting instructions
1.
Lossa kåpan över stötdämparens övre infästning
samt stötdämparens övre fästmutter.
2.
Palla upp MC:n så att framhjulet är i luften.
Demontera den nedre fästskruven.
3.
Tag ut dämparen nedåt.
4.
Montering av Öhlinaren:
Flytta över ett av monteringsgummina från
standarddämparen till Öhlinaren. Använd standard
gummi, bricka och mutter. Om det är svårt att få
dämparen på plats kan man släppa på fjäderns
förspänningsmuttrar för att lättare kunna trycka ihop
dämparen lite. ( Skruva tillbaks dem i rätt position
när dämparen är monterad.)
5.
Montera den nedre fästskruven. Sätt ner MC:n så att
framhjulet är i marken och drag fast den övre
infästningen. Montera tillbaka kåpan över den övre
stötdämparinfästningen
6.
Kontrollera att alla skruvar är åtdragna innan du ger
dig ut på en provtur.
1.
Remove the cover over the upper shock mounting
and the upper mounting nut.
2.
Put the motorcycle on a stand so that the front wheel
is off the ground. Remove the lower mounting bolt.
3.
Remove the shock absorber downwards.
4.
Mounting the Öhlins shock:
Use the standard mounting rubbers, washer and nut
for the top mounting. If it is difficult to get the
shock in place, loosen the pre-load adjuster nuts so
that it is easier to compress the shock a bit. (Turn
them back in the correct position when the shock is
mounted.)
5.
Mount the lower shock mounting bolt. Put down the
motorcycle so that the front wheel is on the floor.
Mount the upper mounting nut and the cover over
the upper shock mounting.
6.
Check that all bolts and screws are tightened before
you go for a test ride.
