Mounting instructions
1.
Ställ MC:n på centralstödet.
2.
Plocka bort sadel och sidokåpor.
3.
Lossa nedre skruven på draglänken samt nedre
stötdämparskruven.
4.
Lossa och demontera övre stötdämparskruven,
plocka bort original stötdämparen nedåt.
5.
Montering av Öhlin-stötdämparen;
Starta med att föra gasbehållaren underifrån och
vidare ut på höger sida, för samtidigt upp dämparen
och montera övre skruven.
6.
Montera nedre stötdämparskruven och skruven till
länken.
7.
Montera behållaren med hjälp av klammers och
monteringsgummin (se skiss).
8.
Se till att samtliga skruvar är åtdragna.
9.
Montera sidokåpor och sadel.
1.
Put the motorcycle on the center stand.
2.
Remove the seat and side covers.
3.
Remove the lower attachment bolt to the drag link
and also the lower shockabsorber bolt.
4.
Remove the upper shockabsorber bolt and remove
the shock downwards.
5.
Mounting of the Öhlin-shockabsorber;
Start by pulling the reservoir and the shockabsorber
itself upwards, place the reservoir at the right side
according to mounting fig. Mount the upper
shockabsorber bolt.
6.
Mount the lower shockabsorber bolt and also the bolt
to the drag link.
7.
Mount the reservoir by using mounting rubbers and
hose clamps.
8.
Make sure that all bolts are tightened.
9.
Mount side covers and the seat.
