Avoid the danger of

death from electric shock

Before use, ensure that the mains

voltage available is the same as the

required operating voltage for the

product (100–240 V~ (alternating

current)).

Before connecting the product to

the mains you should always check

the product and the mains connec-

tion lead 6 for any damage. A

damaged product represents the

danger of death from electric

shock.

Do not use the product if you ﬁnd

any damage.

Please consult a specialist electrician

if you discover any damage or prob-

lems with the product, or for the per-

formance of repairs to the product.

Never open any of the electrical

equipment or insert any objects into

it. Such interventions represent the

danger of death from electric shock.

It is essential that the product does

not come into contact with water or

other liquids.

Protect the mains connection lead 6

from sharp edges, mechanical strain

and hot surfaces.

Never use the product in the imme-

diate vicinity of a bathtub, shower

or swimming pool.

Do not look directly into the light or

its reﬂection. Do not aim the light di-

rectly at people. This could produce

glare, leading to accidents.

If direct or reﬂected light strikes your

eyes, close them and move your

head immediately out of the light.

Operate the product only with sup-

plied mains adapter

(RSS1002-022110-W2E). Please

note that any damage caused thro

ugh

the use of a diﬀerent adapter is ex-

cluded from the warranty.

Never touch the mains adapter 7

with moist or wet hands.

Unplug the mains adapter 7 from

the socket if the product will not be

used for an extended period (e.g.

whilst on holiday).

The product becomes hot during

operation. Allow the product to

cool before you touch them.

The product is only suited for use

with the included mains adapter

(Model No. RSS1002-022110-W2E).

Please note that the mains adapter

7 continues to draw a small

amount of power even if the prod-

uct is turned oﬀ as long as the

mains adapter 7 is

plugged into a

power outlet. To switch

the product

oﬀ completely, unplug the mains

adapter

from the socket.

The LEDs are not replaceable.

If the LED fail at the end of their

lives

, the entire product must be re-

Bringing into use

Note: Remove all packaging materials

from the product.

Never direct the LED light beam on to

reﬂective surfaces or at people or an-

imals. Failure to observe this advice

may result in eye injury and / or loss

of sight to people or animals. Even

a weak LED light beam can cause

eye damage.

Attach the product in the desired

position by means of the clamping

base 2.

CAUTION! RISK OF

the product. This could result in a

through trapping parts of your

Connect the mains connector 4 to

the connector socket 3.

Insert the mains adapter 7 into an

ordinary domestic mains outlet

Maintenance

and Cleaning

Note: The product requires no mainte-

nance. The LEDs cannot be replaced.

Do not use any solvents, petrol or

similar. This would cause damage

to the product.

Pull the mains adapter 7 out of the

mains socket.

CAUTION! DANGER OF ELEC-

TRIC SHOCK! For electrical safety

reasons do not clean the product

with water or other liquids and

never immerse it in water.

Always use a dry ﬂuﬀ-free cloth for

cleaning the product.

Never direct the LED light beam on

to reﬂective surfaces or at people or

animals. Failure to observe this ad-

vice may result in eye injury and / or

loss of sight to people or animals.

Even a weak LED light beam can

cause eye damage.

Disposal

The packaging is made en-

tirely of recyclable materials,

which you may dispose of at

local recycling facilities. The

Green Dot is not valid for

Germany.

Observe the marking of the

packaging materials for

waste separation, which are

marked with abbreviations

(a) and numbers (b) with

following meaning: 1–7:

plastics / 20–22: paper and

ﬁbreboard / 80–98: com-

posite materials.

The product and packaging

materials are recyclable,

dispose of it separately for

better waste treatment. The

from the date of purchase. Should this

product show any fault in materials or

manufacture within 3 years from the

date of purchase, we will repair or

replace it – at our choice – free of

charge to you.

The warranty period begins on the date

of purchase. Please keep the original

sales receipt in a safe location. This

document is required as your proof of

purchase. This warranty becomes void

if the product has been damaged, or

used or maintained improperly.

The warranty applies to defects in ma-

terial or manufacture. This warranty

does not cover product parts subject to

normal wear, thus possibly considered

consumables (e.g. batteries) or for da-

mage to fragile parts, e.g. switches,

TAPATURMANVAARA! Älä

koskaan jätä lapsia pakkausmateri-

aalin kanssa ilman aikuisten valvon-

taa. Pakkausmateriaali voi aiheuttaa

tukehtumisvaaran. Lapset aliarvioi-

vat usein uhkaavat vaarat. Pidä

Älä milloinkaan kosketa verkkolai-

tetta 7 kostein tai märin käsin.

Tuote kuumenee käytössä. Anna

tuotteen ensin jäähtyä, ennen kuin

liittimeen 3.

Kytke verkkolaite 7 tavanomai-

seen pistorasiaan (100–240 V~

Kytke tuote päälle virtakytkimestä

Taivuta joustovartta 1 asettaak-

sesi tuotteen haluttuun asentoon.

Huomautus: Älä käännä valaisi-

men joustovartta 1 täysin itsensä

Noudata pakkausmateriaa-

lien jätteiden lajittelua koske-

via merkintöjä. Ne koostuvat

lyhenteistä (a) sekä

numeroista (b) ja tarkoittavat

seuraavaa: 1–7 = muovit /

Takuu raukeaa, jos tuote on vioittunut

asiattoman käytön tai huollon vuoksi.
