l
Als u de mixer met standaard
gebruikt, gebruikt u de klopper/
deeghaak met het plastic tandwiel

het aandrijfmechanisme op de
houder.
l
Als u de mixer zonder standaard
gebruikt, moet de klopper/
deeghaak met plastic tandwiel in

l
De kloppers/deeghaken kunnen
alleen worden verwijderd wanneer
de snelheidschakelaar a zich in de

l
Verhoog de snelheid als het

l
Als het apparaat langzamer begint
te draaien of te hard moet werken,
verhoogt u de snelheid.
l
Schuif de snelheidschakelaar
naar voren tot in de pulseerstand
(P) zodat de motor op de
maximumsnelheid werkt. De puls
duurt zolang als de knop ingedrukt
blijft.
9 Wanneer het mengsel de gewenste
consistentie heeft bereikt, zet u
de snelheidschakelaar weer in de
UIT-stand (‘O’) en brengt de mixer/
houder omhoog.
l
Het kan nodig zijn om de
bodem en zijkanten van de
kom regelmatig af te schrapen
om de mengprocedure te
vergemakkelijken.
10 Om de hulpstukken te verwijderen,
zorgt u dat de snelheidschakelaar

tips
l
Bij het kloppen van margarine/
boter en suiker voor een taart,
kunnen de ingrediënten het beste
op kamertemperatuur zijn, of u
kunt de margarine of boter eerst
zacht maken.
l
Voor het beste resultaat met
kleine hoeveelheden gebruikt u de
handmixer zonder standaard.
l
Grote hoeveelheden en dikke
mengsels moeten misschien langer
worden gemengd.
l
Als u grotere hoeveelheden of
zwaardere mengsels wilt mixen,
verwijdert u de mixer uit de
standaard en gebruikt een kom van
de juiste afmeting.
l
Om het brooddeeg opnieuw
te kneden, verwijdert u de
mixer uit de standaard en
gebruikt hem handmatig.

300 g zuivere honing
60 ml melk
1 ei
1 Bevestig de kloppers en doe alle
ingrediënten in de kom.
2 Houd de pulseerstand (P)
ingedrukt en meng de ingrediënten
gedurende 30 seconden.
3 Laat de kom met het mengsel
gedurende 20 minuten op een
warme plaats rusten.
4 Daarna houdt u de pulseerstand (P)
gedurende 70 seconden ingedrukt
om de ingrediënten opnieuw te
mengen.
5 Schep het mengsel in een
rechthoekige bakvorm met anti-
aanbaklaag (19 x 4 cm) en bak
het brood in een oven van 165°C/
stand 3 gedurende 40-45 minuten.
6 Haal het blik uit de oven en laat het
brood 10 minuten rusten.
7 Haal het brood uit het blik en
laat het op een rooster afkoelen
voordat u het serveert.
8 Opmerking: dit is een zwaar
mengsel en daarom wordt
aanbevolen om de handmixer
tussen de bewerkingen in 15
minuten te laten afkoelen.

Recept met de
deeghaken
witbrooddeeg
2 theelepels gedroogde gist
(het soort gist dat moet worden
opgelost)
1 theelepel suiker
250 ml warm water
450 g broodmeel
1 theelepel zout
15 g reuzel
1 Plaats de gedroogde gist met de
suiker en water in een mengkom
en laat het schuimen. De juiste
watertemperatuur moet 43 °C zijn
en kan worden bereikt door een
derde kokend water te mengen
met twee derde koud water.
2 Voeg de overige ingrediënten
toe. Steek de deeghaken in
de handmixer; combineer
de ingrediënten op een lage
snelheid tot de bloem volledig is
opgenomen. Verhoog de snelheid
en kneed gedurende ongeveer 2-3
minuten tot het deeg soepel en
elastisch is. Dek het deeg af met
geolied plasticfolie en laat het deeg
op een warme plaats gedurende
45-60 minuten rijzen.
3 Met de mixer van de standaard,
kneedt u het deeg opnieuw op
maximumsnelheid gedurende
30-45 seconden, waarbij u de
deeghaken in het mengsel houdt.
4 Vorm het deeg tot een brood
of broodjes en plaats ze op een
ingevet bakblik. Dek ze af met
geolied plasticfolie en leg ze op een
warme plek tot ze in omvang zijn
verdubbeld.
5 Bak ze in een voorverwarmde oven
op 230 °C / gasstand 8 gedurende
20-25 minuten (voor een brood)
of 10-15 minuten (voor broodjes).
Als het gaar is, moet het brood hol
klinken als u op de onderkant tikt.
