Download the Owlet App.

Plug in and follow app instructions

to pair the Cam with your Owlet

Account.

If you’ve already downloaded the

Owlet App, click the Account tab to

add a new device.

Remember: the Cam allows for video

and audio via secure, encrypted

Wi-Fi. Only connect the Cam to a

private network that requires

a secure password.

Choose Your View

Place the Cam and all cables 3 feet

away from the edge of the crib. Cables

within 3 feet of the edge of the crib

should be covered.

You can set up the Cam in two ways:

1 Place it on a flat surface using the

magnetic base and adjust for

desired tilt angle.

2 Mount it on a wall above the crib

using the base as a wall mount for

a bird’s-eye view of the crib or for

an expanded view of your nursery.

The next steps will guide you through

mounting the Cam on the wall (above

the crib).

1. Measure and mark

Consider which outlet to use. The

outlet should be at least 36 inches

away from the crib to ensure no

exposed cables will be within baby’s

reach. The next steps will instruct you

on how to cover all cables.

Measure 36 inches from the top of

your baby’s mattress and make a

mark on the wall — this is where the

Cam will be mounted. Center this

mark above baby’s crib for the optimal

viewing angle.

It’s also important to consider the

location of the temperature sensor.

The temperature sensor can be found

near the end of the smart cable on

the side that connects to the power

adapter.

3. Unwind the cable 4. Thread the cable

Remove the cable wraps and

unwind the cable.

Thread the cable down the channel

of the mounting plate, aligning the

orange sticker on the cable to the top

of the mounting plate.

2. Align and fasten

Align the center hole of the mounting

plate with the mark you’ve made on

the wall. Using the provided screw,

fasten the mounting plate to the wall

with the arrows pointing upward.

5. Mount the base

Position the large holes of the

magnetic base over the protruding

tabs on the mounting plate, then slide

downward until it clicks.

Attach the Cam to the magnetic base.

Plug the cable into the Cam.

6. Attach the Cam

The orange sticker should be

placed just above the mounting plate

so that you have enough cable

slack to position the Cam to your

desired angle.

The cable guards use high-strength

adhesive. Take your time during

installation to ensure proper placement.

1 Peel off adhesive cover from the

back of a long guard

2 Thread cable down the center

of a long guard

3 Snap long guard onto the

bottom of the mounting plate

4 Press firmly onto wall

5 Repeat steps 1–4 with remaining

long guards until you reach the

height of the wall outlet

7. Mount cable guards

Use the right or left L-bracket to guide

the cable in the direction of the wall

outlet.

Install long guards until any cable

within 36 inches of the edge of the

crib is covered. Continue adding long

guards as needed to reach the outlet.

Finally, install the end piece when you

are within 6-10 inches of the outlet

(this allows enough room to wrap

excess cable with velcro).

Need Help?

Gather the excess cable into a loop.

Secure the top section of the loop

by feeding the cable wrap through

the first hole. The Owlet logo faces

outward. Secure the bottom section

of the loop to the top section by

feeding the cable wrap through the

second hole (The loop should now

look like a bow). Secure remaining

cable wrap.

Once the excess cable has been

wrapped securely, connect the power

cable to the power adapter and plug

it in.

You’re all set! You can now use the

App to reference how to adjust the

Cam angle until you achieve the

desired view.

Choisissez votre vue

Placez l’Owlet Cam et tous ses câbles

à une distance d’au moins 1 mètre du

berceau de votre bébé. Prévoyez d’utiliser

une protection pour les câbles utilisés à

moins d’un mètre du berceau.

Vous pouvez installer la Owlet Cam de

deux façons.

1 Placez-le sur une surface plane

en utilisant le support magnétique

et ajustez l’inclinaison.

2 Fixez-la sur le mur au-dessus du

berceau en utilisant la base

comme pièce de montage, pour

1. Mesurez et marquez

Choisissez une prise électrique à

utiliser. La prise électrique doit être

située à au moins 1 mètre du berceau

pour s’assurer qu’aucun câble exposé

ne soit à la portée du bébé. Les

prochaines étapes vous guideront

dans la protection de vos câbles.

Mesurez une distance de près de 1

mètre à partir du haut du berceau de

votre bébé pour obtenir un angle de

vue optimal.

tenir compte de l’emplacement du

capteur de température. Le capteur

de température se trouve près de

l’extrémité du câble intelligent sur le

côté qui se connecte à l’adaptateur

3. Déroulez le câble 4. Passez le câble

Retirez les enveloppes du câble et

déroulez le câble.

2. Alignez et fixez

Alignez le trou central de la plaque

de montage avec la marque que vous

avez faite sur le mur. En utilisant la vis

fournie, fixez la plaque de montage au

mur avec les flèches pointant vers le

haut.

5. Fixez la base

Positionnez les grands trous de

la base magnétique sur les languettes

saillantes de la plaque de montage,

puis glissez vers le bas jusqu’à ce que

vous entendiez un clic.

Attachez la Cam à la base

magnétique. Branchez le câble dans

la Cam..

6. Attachez la Cam

L’autocollant orange doit être

placé juste au-dessus de la plaque

de montage afin que vous ayez

suffisamment de mou de câble

pour positionner la caméra à l’angle

souhaité.

Les protège-câbles sont munis d’un

adhésif à très forte adhérence. Prenez

votre temps lors de l’installation pour

assurer un bon positionnement.

1 Décollez la pellicule protectrice de

l’adhésif à l’arrière du long

protège-câble

2 Faites passer le câble dans le long

protège-câble

3 Enclenchez le long protège-câble

dans le bas de la plaque de

montage

4 Pressez fermement contre le mur

5 Répétez les étapes 1 à 4 avec les

longs protège-câbles restants

jusqu’à atteindre la hauteur de la

prise électrique murale

7. Installez les protège-câbles

Utilisez le support en « L » droit ou

gauche pour guider le câble dans

la direction de la prise électrique

murale. Installez les longs protège-

câbles pour protéger tous les câbles

situés à moins d’un mètre du bord

du berceau. Ajoutez autant de

protège-câbles que nécessaire pour

atteindre la prise électrique murale.

Enfin, installez l’embout lorsque

vous êtes à une distance de 15 à 25

cm de la prise électrique (cela laisse

suffisamment de place pour que le

câble excédentaire soit enroulé avec

le velcro)

Rassemblez l’excédent de câble en

boucle. Fixez la partie supérieure de la

boucle en faisant passer l’enveloppe

du câble dans le premier trou. Le logo

Owlet est orienté vers l’extérieur. Fixez

la partie inférieure de la boucle en

faisant passer l’enveloppe du câble

dans le second trou (la boucle devrait

maintenant ressembler à un arc). Fixez

l’enveloppe de câble restant.

Une fois l’excédent de câble bien

enveloppé, connectez le câble

d’alimentation à l’adaptateur

électrique et branchez-le.

Tout est prêt! Vous pouvez

maintenant utiliser l’application pour

modifier l’angle de caméra jusqu’à

obtenir la vue souhaitée.

9. Enveloppez le câble excédentaire

avec le velcro
