service centre, where it will be
disposed of properly.
• European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE),
stipulates that used household appliances
must not be disposed of in normal unsorted
municipal waste. Old appliances must be
collected separately to optimise the sorting
and recycling of their parts and to reduce
the impact on human health and the
environment.

Plaats de koffiekan niet in een magnetron,
boven een vlam of op een elektrische
kookplaat.
warm is.
Alle apparaten worden onderworpen aan
een strenge kwaliteitscontrole. Er worden
praktische gebruikstests uitgevoerd op
apparaten die willekeurig worden
uitgekozen, wat eventuele sporen van
gebruik kan verklaren.
Sluit het deksel altijd wanneer het
koffiezetapparaat in werking is.
Gebruik de koffiekan niet zonder deksel.
Vul de reservoirs niet met warm water.
Voordat u het apparaat voor de
eerste keer gebruikt
• Laat uw koffiefilterapparaat een eerste keer
werken met de hoeveelheid water die
overeenkomt met de koffiekan om het
toestel te spoelen.
Koffie maken
(Volg de illustraties van 1 tot 9)
• Gebruik alleen koud water en een papieren
filter nr. 2 of 4 (fig.5) of de permanente filter*
(fig.4).
Zodra
uw koffie geserveerd is, plaatst u de koffiekan
of de isothermische pot* opnieuw op zijn
plaats om te vermijden dat ze overlopen.
• Dosering: voeg een afgevlakte maatlepel
gemalen koffie toe per grote kop.
• Wacht enkele minuten voordat u nieuwe
koffie bereidt.
gedurende maximum 4 uur warm.
Aromaknop* (zie illustratie nr. 7)
grootste koffieboon*.
Automatische uitschakeling
Om energie te besparen schakelt uw kof-
fiezetapparaat zich automatisch uit.
- Modellen met een glazen koffiekan:
ongeveer 30 minuten nadat alle koffie is
doorgelopen (d.w.z. ongeveer 30 minuten
dwenen), schakelt uw koffiezetapparaat
zich automatisch uit. Het lampje van de
ON/OFF-knop gaat uit.
Gedurende deze 30 minuten wordt uw
koffie op de juiste temperatuur warm ge-
houden.
dwenen), schakelt uw koffiezetapparaat
zich automatisch uit. Het lampje van de
ON/OFF-knop gaat uit.
De koffie opnieuw opwarmen
• Plaats uw glazen koffiekan niet in de
microgolfoven of in de vaatwasmachine als
ze een metalen onderdeel heeft (bv: een
band in staal).
Schoonmaken
afkoelen.
warm is.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder.

Vaatwasmachine:
• De wegneembare filterhouder kan worden
afgewassen in de vaatwasmachine.
• Alleen de glazen koffiekan zonder metalen
band kan in de vaatwasmachine worden
geplaatst (zonder het deksel).
Isothermische pot*
• Maak het apparaat niet schoon met
schurende schoonmaakmiddelen.
staan. Vervolgens spoelt u alles met
overvloedig water af.
Ontkalking
• Ontkalk uw koffiezetapparaat na 40 cycli.
Gebruik:
- ofwel een zakje ontkalkingsproduct
opgelost in 2 grote koppen water,
- ofwel 2 grote koppen witte azijn.
enkele automatische modellen).
• Laat het gedurende een uur inwerken.
• Schakel het koffiezetapparaat opnieuw aan
zodat alles weggespoeld kan worden.
• Laat uw koffiefilterapparaat 2 of 3 keer
Accessoires*
• Glazen koffiekan
• Isothermische pot
• Permanente filter
