Input registren är skrivskyddade. All data kan läsas med kommandot ”Läs input
register”. Tabell Input register visar den returnerade datatypen och hur den ska
tolkas.
Holding register (se Tabell Holding register ovanför)
Dessa register är läs-/skrivregister och de kan hanteras via kommandona "Läs
Holding register", "Skriv enstaka register" och "Skriv flera register". Registren som
inte används är skrivskyddade och därför returnerar att skriva i dessa register
varken ett Modbus-felundantag eller gör det några ändringar.
