Vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes lesen Sie bitte diese Betriebsanleitung aufmerksam durch.

Bei Nichteinhaltung der Sicherheitshinweise droht Gefahr für Leib und Leben.

Für andere, von der Betriebsanleitung abweichende Verwendung, sowie bei eigen-

mächtiger Veränderung, wird von Seiten des Herstellers keine Haftung übernommen.

1. Benutzen Sie kein Gerät, das Leck (Gasgeruch) oder schadhaft ist oder das nicht

ordnungsgemäß arbeitet.

2. Suchen Sie ein Leck nie mit einer Flamme sondern mit Seifenlauge.

3. Wenn Beschädigungen festgestellt wurden, darf das Gerät nicht benutzt werden

und der Tank nicht nachgefüllt werden.

4. Befüllen und lagern Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen Flammen,

Heizkörpern, Öfen oder brennbaren Stoffen.

5. Benutzen Sie nur nichtaromatisches Butangas gemäß.

6. Vergessen Sie nicht, das Gerät nach Gebrauch auszuschalten.

7. Gerät nur an gut belüfteten Orten und fern von Zündquellen oder entzündlichen

Gegenständen betreiben.

8. Vermeiden Sie das Fallenlassen des Geräts sowie harte Schläge.

9. Benutzen Sie bitte keine Ablagen, die für Lötkolben bestimmt sind. Dies kann das

Verbrennen des Werkzeugkörpers nach sich ziehen.

10. Lagern Sie das Gerät nicht unter direkter Sonneneinwirkung oder an Stellen, an

denen die Umgebungstemperatur 50°C bzw. 122°F überschreitet. Dies führt zu

Brand / Explosion durch Gasdruckanstieg.

11. Bewahren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe der Windschutzscheibe in einem LKW

oder PKW auf.

12. FÜR KINDER UNERREICHBAR AUFBEWAHREN.

13. Halten Sie die Hände und brennbare Stoffe von der Auslassöffnung fern und

verschließen Sie das Gehäuse, um Verbrennungen oder Brand zu vermeiden.

Beim Zünden von Gesicht und Kleidung fernhalten.

14. Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht ins Wasser.

15. Unternehmen Sie keine Versuche, das Gerät auf zu bohren, zu öffnen bzw. ausein-

ander zu bauen. Nur für bestimmungsgemäße Zwecke benutzen, nicht

modifizieren oder manipulieren.

16. Gerät nur an gut belüfteten Orten und fern von Zündquellen oder entzündlichen

Gegenständen betreiben.

17. Reinigen Sie den Lötkolben mit keinen Reinigungsmitteln auf Alkoholbasis.

18. Vor Aufsetzen der Schutzkappe lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen.

19. Reparaturen dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder Hersteller

durchgeführt werden.

20. Achten Sie bei Mitnahme von Lötwerkzeugen in Flugzeugen, auf die geltenden

Transportbestimmungen der Fluggesellschaft.

3. BENUTZUNG DER LÖTSPITZE

Die Abluftöffnung der Lötspitze muss,

wie abgebildet, aufwärts gerichtet sein.

Zur Vermeidung von Verbrennungen oder

Feuer, Hände und brennbares Material

nicht in die Nähe der Abluftöffnung brin-

gen.

Zündknopf langsam eindrücken und

noch 3 Sekunden nach dem Klicken

festhalten.

Temperatur der Spitze mit dem Gaskon-

trollschalter einstellen.

Kontrollschalter auf Position "2" einstel-

len. Gas EIN / AUS Schalter in "EIN" Stel-

lung bringen. Bei niedrigen Tempera-

turen oder direkt nach dem Füllen

Schalter höher als "2" einstellen.

Warten bis das Fenster rot wird, dann

den Knopf langsam loslassen. Bei Fehl-

zündung den Zündvorgang wie in 3.

beschrieben, wiederholen.

Zum Ausschalten den EIN / AUS Schalter

bis zum "Klick" in die "AUS" Stellung

bringen. (Gaskontrollschalter schaltet

sich nicht aus).

6. GAS-FÜLLUNG (T005 16 160 99)

1. Original Weller Pyropen Gasfüllung benutzen

(oder ISO-Butan-Feuerzeuggas).

2. Hauptventil auf "OFF" stellen.

3. Pyropen mit Spitze nach unten festhalten.

Düse des Gasbehälters aufstecken und

Gasbehälter niederdrücken.

4. Der Tank des Pyropen ist gefüllt, sobald Gas

überströmt.

5. Pyropen waagerecht halten und Gasfüllstand

am Fenster ablesen.

Zur Entfernung der Lötspitze und der

Spitzenhülse die Rändelmutter lösen.

4. BENUTZUNG DER HEISSLUFTDÜSE

Lötspitze durch Heissluftdüse ersetzen.

Zündung ist die gleiche wie beim

Lötkolben.

ainsi que les recommandations de sécurité ci-jointes. Le non-respect des consignes de

d’utilisation non conforme à ce mode d’emploi, ou en cas de modifications de la part du

client, non autorisées explicitement.

1. N'utiliser aucun appareil présentant une fuite (odeur de gaz) ou un dommage ou

qui ne fonctionne pas correctement.

2. Ne jamais rechercher une fuite avec une flamme mais avec de la lessive.

3. Ne pas faire le plein de gaz ou bien stocker le gaz à proximité d’une flamme nue,

d’un radiateur, d’un fourneau ou de matériaux combustibles.

4. Utiliser uniquement du gaz butane non aromatique ainsi qu’il est recommandé par

le fabricant.

5. S’assurer que l’interrupteur est bien positionné vers le bas après usage.

6. Utiliser uniquement à l’air libre ou dans un endroit bien ventilé.

7. Utiliser l'appareil uniquement dans des endroits bien ventilés et à l'écart de toute

source d'étincelle ou d'objet inflammable.

8. Tenir les mains et toutes matières inflammables hors de portée de l’ouverture

d’échappement et du logement de l’embout, afin d’éviter tout risque de brûlures ou

d’incendie.

9. Ne pas utiliser de support destiné à un fer électrique. Ceci risquerait de brûler le

corps de l’outil.

10. Ne pas stocker sous la lumière directe du soleil ou dans un endroit où la tempéra-

ture pourrait dépasser 40°C ou 140°F. Cela risquerait de provoquer un incendie ou

une explosion si la pression de gaz augmentait.

11. Ne pas stocker près du pare-brise, dans le coffre de la voiture.

12. Tenir hors de portée des enfants.

13. Ne pas utiliser de support destiné à un fer électrique. Ceci risquerait de brûler le

corps de l’outil.

14. Ne pas plonger dans l’eau.

15. Ne pas essayer de le démonter, de l’utiliser à un usage pour lequel il n’est pas

destiné, d’y apporter des modifications ni de l’ouvrir.

16. Ne pas percer ou ouvrir l'appareil.

17. Ne pas nettoyer le fer a souder avec un nettoyant à base d’alcool.

18. Les réparations doivent être effectuées uniquement parun professionnel agréé.

19. Respectez les consignes de transport applicables de la compagnie aérienne en cas

de transport d'outils de soudage dans l'avion.

20. Les réparations ne peuvent être effectuées que par du personnel autorisé ou par le

fabricant.

3. LE PYROPEN AVEC PANNE A SOUDER

Assurez-vous que l'ouverture d'échap-

pement de l'air chaud est en position

haute. Eloignez-en les mains et tout

matériau combustible afin d'éviter les

brulures ou le feu.

Poussez doucement le bouton d'alluma-

ge et le maintenez-le 3 secondes après

le "Clic".

Réglez la température à l'aide du curseur

de contrôle de température.

4. LE PYROPEN EN FER A AIR CHAUD

Placez le curseur de réglage sur la posi-

tion 2. Placez le curseur ON/OFF sur la

position "ON". Dans le cas où la tempé-

rature ambiante est basse ou après un

remplissage, mettre le curseur de régla-

ge sur la position 2.

Attendez que la fenêtre de contrôle

devienne rouge et relachez lentement le

bouton. Reprendre les opérations au

point 3, si le fer ne s'est pas allumé.

Pour arrêter, placez le curseur ON/OFF

sur la position "OFF" jusqu'à l' encuque-

tage. (Le curseur de contrôle n'a pas de

position arrêt).

Torche

Pour retirer la panne à souder et la douille

pointue, desserrer l'écrou moleté.

Remplacer la panne à souder par une

buse à air chaud. L'allumage est le

même que pour le fer à souder.

5. COMMENT SE SERVIR DU SUPPORTFER

Monter le support sur un des bords de la boîte comme le montre l'illustration (la double

patte à l'intérieur, la patte simple à l'extérieur).

6. REMPLISSAGE DU RESERVOIR (T005 16 160 99)

1. Employez les recharges d'origine Weller-Pyropen,

ou du gaz ISO-butane utilisé pour le remplissage

des briquets.

2. Assurez-vous que le curseur se trouve bien en

position "OFF".

3. Placez l'outil avec la tête vers le bas, introduisez

la recharge à l'arrière et pressez celle-ci vers le bas.

4. Le réservoir de l'outil Pyropen est plein lorsqu'on

remarque un débordemente du butane.

5. Remettre le fer à l'horizontal pour contrôler par la

fenêtre le bon remplissage du réservoir.

3. COME USARE L’UTENSILE CON LE PUNTE SALDANTI

Assicurarsi che l'apertura di scarico sia

rivolta verso l'alto come illustrato. Tenere

lontano dall'apertura di scarico mani o

materiali combustibili per evitare brucia-

ture o combustioni improvvise.

Premere lentamente l'interruttore di

accensione e tenerlo premuto per tre

secondi dopo che avrete sentito il

"click".

Regolare la temperatura della punta vari-

ando il flusso del gas per mezzo della

leva di regolazione.

4. COME USARE L’UTENSILE CON UGELLI AD ARIA CALDA

Posizionare la leva di regolazione nella

posizione "2" e successivamente l'inter-

ruttore ON/OFF nella posizione ON. A tem-

perature basse, o immediatamente dopo la

ricarica, posizionare la leva di regolazione

in una posizione maggiore a "2".

Aspettare che le finestrelle diventiono

rosse e quindi rilasciare l'interruttore di

accensione lentamente. Se l'operazione di

accensione non dovesse dare risultato,

ripetere tutte le operazioni.

Per spegnere l'utensile spostare l'inter-

ruttore ON/OFF in posizione "OFF" fino a

quando sentirete un "click". (Non è

necessario chiudere la leva di regolazio-

ne).

Cannello

Per rimuovere la punta saldante e la relativa

boccola, allentare il dado zigrinato.

Sostituire la punta saldante con l'ugello

ad aria calda. L'accensione è identica a

quella del saldatore.

6. BOMBOLETTA DI RICARICA (T005 16 160 99)

1. Usare bombolette di gas di ricarica originali Weller

Pyropen.

2. Assicurarsi che la leva del gas APERTO/CHIUSO sia

sulla posizione "OFF".

3. Impugnare il Pyropen in modo che la punta sia rivol

Please read these Operating Instructions and the attached safety information carefully

prior to initial operation of the soldering iron. Failure to observe the safety regulations

results in a risk to life and limb. The manufacturer shall not be liable for damage resulting

from misuse of the machine or unauthorised alterations.

1. Do not use any device which is leaky (gas odour) or is damaged or not in perfect

working order.

2. Never try to detect leaks with a naked flame. Use only soapy water.

3. If damage is found, the device must not be used and the tank must not be refilled.

4. Do not fill gas or store near open flame, heater, furnace or combustible materials.

5. Use only non-aromatic butane gas as recommended by the manufacturer.

6. Be sure to put switch down after use.

7. Operate the device only in well-ventilated areas and well away from ignition sources

or flammable objects.

8. Avoid dropping or causing a hard shock.

9. Do not use iron holder designed for the electrical iron. This may cause burning of tool

body.

10. Do not store under direct sunlight or anywhere that will exceed 50°C or 122°F.

This will cause fire / explosion as gas pressure become high.

11. Do not store near windshield, in trunk of car.

12. Keep out of reach of infants.

13. Keep hands and combustibles clear out of exhaust opening and tip housing to avoid

burns or fire. Keep well away from face and clothing when igniting.

14. Do not immerse in water.

15. Do not try to disassemble or misuse or alter or tamper.

16. Do not drill holes in or open the device.

17. Cool down before putting protective cap on.

18. Repairs are only to be performed by authorised specialist personnel.

19. Refer all repairs to authorised specialist personnel or the manufacturer.

20. Before taking soldering tools on board aircraft, always check the applicable transport

regulations specified by the airline company.

3. HOW TO USE THE SOLDERING TIP

Be sure the hot air exhaust opening is

positioned upward, as illustrated. Keep

hands and combustibles clear of exhaust

opening to avoid burns or fire.

Push ignition button slowly and hold

three seconds after it clicks.

Adjust tip temperatur with gas control

lever.

4. HOW TO USE AS TORCH

Set control lever to "2". Set gas ON/OFF

lever to "ON" position. In cold tempera-

tures or immediately after gas filling set

lever higher than "2".

Wait until the window becomes red, then

release button slowly. If it fails to ignite,

repeat ignition process outlined under

stip 3 above.

To turn off, slide the gas ON/OFF lever to

"OFF" position until it clicks. (Control

lever does not turn off).

Torch

To remove the soldering tip and tip

receptacle, undo the knurled nut.

Replace the soldering tip with the hot air nozzle.

The ignition system is the same as for the

soldering iron.

box and two nails inside).

6. GAS FILLING (T005 16 160 99)

1. Use original Weller Pyropen gas (or ISO-butan-

gas for cigarette lighters).

2. Be sure the gas OPEN/CLOSE lever is at "OFF"

osition.

3. Hold the Pyropen handle with tip pointing

downward, refill nozzle in upright position.

Insert nozzle of gas container and press down.

4. As soon as the Pyropen is filled, gas will over

flow.

5. Hold the tool horizontal and see the window to

read LP gas volume inside.

6. Kontrollera att gaskranen är avstängd efter användningen.

7. Använd bara apparaten i välventilerade utrymmen och på behörigt avstånd från

antändningskällor och lättantändliga föremål.

8. Undvik att tappa gasbehållaren eller att utsätta den för hårda stötar.

9. Använd inte lödkolvställ avsedda för elektrisk lödkolv. Det kan orsaka brand i

verktyget.

10. Förvaras ej i direkt solljus eller där temperaturen överstiger 50°C eller 122°F. Detta

orsakar brand / explosion då gastrycket stiger.

11. Förvaras ej nära vindrutan eller i bilens bagageutrymme.

12. Förvaras utom räckhåll för barn.

13. Håll händer och brännbara föremål borta från munstycket och lödspetshållaren för

att undvika brännskador eller brand. Håll på avstånd från ansikte och kläder vid

tändning.

14. Doppas ej i vatten.

15. Försök inte ta isär aggregatet, använda det felaktigt, förändra eller manipulera det.

16. Borra inte upp eller öppna apparaten.

17. Rengör inte lödkolv med alkoholbaserat rengöringsmedel.

18. Låt behållaren svalna innan skyddshuven sätts på.

19. Reparationer ska bara utföras av behörig teknisk personal eller av tillverkaren.

20. Om du tar med lödverktyg på flygplan måste du ta hänsyn till flygbolagets

transportbestämmelser.

3. ANVÄNDNING AV LÖDSPETSEN

Luftningsöppningen för lödspetsen

måste vara riktad uppåt enligt fig. För att

undvika brännskador eller eldsvåda bör

man hålla händer och brännbart materi-

al borta från luftningsöppningen.

Tryck in tändknappen och håll den

intryckt 3 sekunder efter klicket.

Ställ in spetsens temperatur med gas

kontrollreglaget.

4. ANVÄNDNING AV VARMLUFTMUNSTYCKET

Ställ kontrollreglaget på läge "2". Ställ

TILL/FRÅN-ventilen i läget "TILL". Vid låg

temperatur eller direkt efter påfyllning

ställs reglaget på högre värde än "2".

Vänta tills fönstret blir rött och släpp då

knappen långsamt. Om tändningen

misslyckas upprepas tändproceduren

enl 3 ovan.

För att stänga av skjuter man TILL/FRÅN-

ventilen till läget "FRÅN" tills det klickar.

(Gaskontrollreglaget stängs inte av).

Lödlampa

För att avlägsna lödspetsen och spetshylsan

lossar du den räfflade muttern.

Byt ut lödspetsen mot

hetluftsmunstycket.

Tändningen sker på

samma sätt som med lödkolven.
