Mounting instructions
1.
Remove rear suspension assembly from snowmobile.
2.
Release the tension on the limiter straps (i.e. the belt
limiting front suspension travel upon rebound).
Please note the position on the screw.
3.
Remove the shock absorber attachment bolts and
remove the stock shock absorber.
4.
Mount the Öhlins shock with the rod in the upper
mounting point and the body tube in lower mounting
point with the gas valve upwards.
5.
Tension the limiter straps to the same position.
6.
Mount the rear suspension assembly to snowmobile,
and make sure that all the bolts are tightened.
1.
Demontera boggit från snöskotern.
2.
Släpp på balata remmens spänning. Notera
positionen på skruven.
3.
Demontera stötdämparskruvarna och demontera
originaldämparen.
4.
Montera Öhlins-dämparen med kolvstången i
övre fästet och cylinderhuvudet i nedre fästet
med gasnippeln uppåt.
5.
Spänn balata remmen till samma läge som
tidigare.
6.
Återmontera boggit och se till att samtliga
skruvar är åtdragna.
