Mounting instructions
1. Remove rear suspension assembly from snowmobile.
2. Remove the shock absorber attachment bolts and
remove the stock shock absorber.
3. Öhlins shock absorber shall be fitted with cylinder
head downwards and gas valve pointing downwards.
(see figure on opposite page).
4. Grease the supplied sleeve with a low temperature
grease and install into the shock absorber bushing.
Mount shock absorber to the upper fixing point.
5. Mount the rear suspension assembly to snowmobile,
and make sure that all the bolts are tightened.
1. Demontera boggit från snöskotern.
2. Demontera stötdämparskruvarna och demontera
originaldämparen.
3. Öhlins-dämparen monteras med cylinderhuvudet i
nedre fästet och gas nippeln nedåt. (Se skiss på
baksidan)
4. Infetta den bifogade hylsan med ett lågtemperatursfett
och montera den i stötdämparens bussning. Montera
dämparen i det övre fästet.
5. Återmontera boggit och se till att samtliga skruvar är
åtdragna.
