Zweckbestimmung

DELTAone, DELTA 30 Dermatoskop und DELTA 30 PRO

Das Dermatoskop ist eine intern mit Strom versorgte medizinische Untersuchungsleuchte für die nicht-

invasive vorübergehende Kontakt- und Nichtkontakt-Untersuchung der Haut.

Im Kontaktmodus kann Haut, die eine pathologische Veränderung oder eine Veränderung infolge einer

Erkrankung aufweist, untersucht werden. Die kleine Kontaktscheibe ist für die Verwendung an Schleimhaut

nicht geeignet. Die Untersuchung von Wunden ist nur im kontaktlosen Modus erlaubt. Für den kontaktlosen

Modus muss die Kontaktscheibe entfernt werden. Der Arbeitsring ist für die Untersuchung und Instrumen-

tierung eines Hautabschnitts bestimmt, der eine pathologische oder krankheitsbedingte Veränderung auf-

weist. Die Kontaktäche des Arbeitsrings darf nicht mit dieser veränderten Haut in Berührung kommen.

Das Produkt darf nur von qualiziertem medizinischem Personal innerhalb einer professionellen Gesund-

heitseinrichtung verwendet werden. Die Untersuchung ist auf keine Patientenpopulation eingeschränkt.

DELTAone, DELTA 30 und DELTA 30 PRO Dermatoskop mit Option „Adapter Smartphone“

Die Option „Adapter Smartphone“ erlaubt den mechanischen Anschluss eines Smartphone mit einer

entsprechenden App. Die App dient zur Dokumentation mithilfe der Aufnahme, Speicherung und Anzeige

von Bildern.

Inbetriebnahme

Laden Sie das Instrument vor der ersten Verwendung vollständig auf.

Laden

Laden Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Patientenumgebung (1,5 m).

Laden über USB (DELTAone und DELTA 30)

Verbinden Sie den USB-Anschluss (4,15) des Dermatoskops mit Hilfe eines USB-Kabels mit einer

USB-Stromversorgung (z. B. HEINE E4-USB).

Laden über USB-C (DELTA 30 PRO)

Verwenden Sie das mit dem DELTA 30 PRO-Kabel gelieferte USB-C-Kabel, um den USB-C-Anschluss (18)

des Dermatoskops mit einem USB-Netzteil zu verbinden.

Verwendung der Ladestation (DELTA 30 und DELTA 30 PRO)

Setzen sie zum Laden das DELTA 30 und DELTA 30 PRO in die Ladestation ein. Die blaue LED an der Lade-

station zeigt an, dass Kontakt mit dem Dermatoskop besteht. Die Ladestandanzeige bendet sich am

DELTA 30 und DELTA 30 PRO.

Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine weiteren Gegenstände zwischen Gerät und Ladestation benden.

Achten Sie beim Einsetzen des DELTA 30 oder DELTA 30 PRO darauf, dass die Ladestation und das

DELTA 30 oder DELTA 30 PRO nicht kontaminiert sind.

Die Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung der Ladestation ist in einer separaten Gebrauchsanweisung beschrieben.

Ladestandanzeige

An der Seite bzw. Unterseite des Dermatoskops bendet sich eine Ladestandanzeige (5,16).

Farbtemperatur-Anzeige

Beim DELTA 30 PRO bendet sich auf der linken Seite des Dermatoskops eine Anzeige, die die gewählte

Farbtemperatur anzeigt.

Wird das Gerät ausgeschaltet, bleibt die Ladestandanzeige für weitere 3 Sekunden an und erlischt dann.

Schauen Sie nicht direkt in die Lichtquelle, während Sie den Ladestand überprüfen.

Bedienung

Schalten Sie die Beleuchtung ein, indem Sie den Taster (1,9) auf dem Instrument drücken. Das Gerät startet

mit der zuletzt ausgewählten Helligkeitsstufe und im Polarisationsmodus.

Für DELTA 30 PRO: Das Gerät startet mit der zuletzt gewählten Farbtemperatur, der zuletzt gewählten

Helligkeitsstufe und im Polarisationsmodus.

Durch Drücken der Taste (6,11) lässt sich die Helligkeit in drei Stufen regeln.

Das Gerät schaltet sich nach 10 Minuten automatisch ab, wenn die Polarisationstasten, die Farbtemperatur-

tasten oder der Helligkeitsregler nicht benutzt werden.

DELTA 30 PRO Farbtemperaturänderung

Durch Drücken der Taste (19) mit der Aufschrift „C“ auf der Vorderseite der DELTA 30 PRO wird die Farb-

temperatur auf einen bläulicheren Farbton mit einem hohen CCT-Wert umgestellt. Es gibt 4 Farbtempe-

raturen, die durchlaufen werden können. Wenn der höchste Wert erreicht ist, beginnt der Zyklus wieder

mit Warmweiß.

HEINE DELTA 30 PRO ist für eine vorübergehende Untersuchung von weniger als 20 Minuten mit einer

10-minütigen Pause bis zur nächsten Anwendung vorgesehen.

Kontaktmodus (mit Kontaktscheibe)

Setzen Sie die Kontaktscheibe (3,3a,12,12a) auf das Instrument auf, sodass sie aufschnappt.

Der Arbeitsring (20) wird anstelle der Kontaktscheibe (3,3a,12,12a) verwendet. Setzen Sie den Arbeitsring

auf das Instrument und achten Sie darauf, dass er einrastet. Setzen Sie das Instrument mit der Kontakt-

scheibe oder dem Arbeitsring auf die zu untersuchende Hautpartie auf.

Fahren Sie beim DELTAone die Kontaktscheibe (3, 3a) über den Fokussierring (2) aus.

Bei Untersuchung mit polarisierter Beleuchtung benötigen Sie KEINE Kontaktüssigkeit wie Immersionsöl

oder Desinfektionsspray. Im polarisierten Modus leuchtet die Polarisationsanzeige (8,14) blau.

Über den Polarisationstaster (7,10) können Sie in den Nicht-polarisierten Modus umschalten. Verwenden Sie

dazu eine Kontaktüssigkeit wie Immersionsöl. Bei Verwendung der kleinen Kontaktscheibe (3a,12a) ist nur

die Untersuchung im Nicht-polarisierten Modus möglich.

Einstellung des Fokus im Kontaktmodus

Gehen Sie mit Ihrem Auge auf ca. 2 cm Abstand an den Fokussierring (2,13) heran. Drehen Sie den

Fokussierring, bis Sie ein scharfes Bild erhalten. Die Abbildung hat eine 10-fache Vergrößerung.

Nicht-Kontaktmodus (ohne Kontaktscheibe)

Nehmen Sie die Kontaktscheibe (3, 3a,12,12a) oder den Arbeitsring (20) ab und halten Sie das Gerät in ca.

1 cm Abstand über die zu untersuchende Hautpartie. Über den Polarisationstaster (7,10) können Sie auf

nichtpolarisierten Modus umschalten.

Einstellung des Fokus im Nicht-Kontaktmodus

Gehen Sie mit Ihrem Auge auf ca. 2 cm Abstand an den Fokussierring (2, 13) heran. Drehen Sie beim

DELTA 30 und DELTA 30 PRO den Fokussierring (13), bis Sie ein scharfes Bild erhalten.

Beim DELTAone wird der Fokus über den Abstand zwischen Haut und Optik eingestellt. Ein Drehen am

Fokussierring (2) ist nicht notwendig.

Die Abbildung hat eine 10-fache Vergrößerung.

Zurücksetzen des Geräts

Lässt sich das Instrument trotz ausreichend geladener Batterie nicht bedienen, drücken Sie beim DELTA 30

die Tasten 10 und 11 für 8 Sekunden, beim DELTA 30 PRO die Tasten 10 und 19 für 8 Sekunden.

Adapter Smartphone

Um das Dermatoskop mit einem Smartphone zu verbinden, benötigen Sie den für Ihr Smartphone

passenden Adapter.

Setzen Sie den Adapter auf den Fokussierring (2,13) auf. Der Adapter wird magnetisch gehalten.

Installieren Sie die zugehörige App auf dem Smartphone. Die App ist im App Store* verfügbar.

Um Störungen zu vermeiden, deaktivieren Sie bitte jegliche Dienste (Flugmodus einschalten).

*App Store ist eine Dienstleistungsmarke der Apple Inc.

Der Schutz der Patientendaten liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung des Anwenders (z. B. Schutz des

Smartphone mit Pin, Datenübertragung über eine gesicherte Verbindung). Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr

Smartphone ausreichend gegen den Zugriff von Dritten geschützt ist.

Während der Erstellung der Bildaufnahmen ist eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen

Smartphone, PC und Netzversorgung, nicht zulässig.

Alle Aufnahmen werden ausschließlich auf dem Smartphone in der Sandbox der App gesichert.

Der Anwender ist für die regelmäßige Erstellung einer Datensicherung verantwortlich, um einem

Datenverlust, beispielsweise durch Löschen der App oder Verlust des Smartphones, vorzubeugen.

Eine Datensicherung kann per Kabel auf einen anderen Rechner oder über das Netzwerk in die

iCloud erfolgen.

Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.

Für das HEINE Produkt schreiben wir als Hersteller keine sicherheitstechnische Kontrolle (STK) gemäß

MPBetreibV, § 6 Sicherheitstechnische Kontrollen, Bezug Anlage 1 vor.

Service

Das Gerät besitzt keine Komponenten, die einen vom Anwender durchgeführten Service benötigen.

Intended use

DELTAone, DELTA 30 and DELTA 30 PRO Dermatoscope

The dermatoscope is an internally powered medical examination light for non-invasive transient contact

and non-contact examination of the skin.

In contact mode, skin showing a pathological change or a change due to a disease can be examined.

The small contact plate is not suitable for use on mucosa. The examination of wounds is only permitted in

non-contact mode. The contact plate must be removed for non-contact mode. The working ring is intended

for the examination and instrument access of a skin section that has a pathological or disease-related change.

The contact surface of the working ring must not come into contact with this altered skin.

The product may only be used by qualied medical professionals and in professional healthcare facilities.

The application is not limited to any patient demography.

DELTAone, DELTA 30 and DELTA 30 PRO Dermatoscope with ”Smartphone Adapter“ option

The ”Smartphone Adapter“ option can be used to mechanically connect a smartphone with a respective app.

The app is designed for documentation by recording, storing and displaying images.

Setting up

Charge the instrument fully before rst use.

Charging

Charge the device outside of the patient environment (1.5 m).

Charging via USB (DELTAone and DELTA 30)

Use a USB cable to connect the USB connector (4,15) of the dermatoscope to a USB power supply

(e.g. HEINE E4-USB).

Charging via USB-C (DELTA 30 PRO)

Use the USB-C cable delivered with the DELTA 30 PRO cable to connect the USB-C connector (18) of the

dermatoscope to a USB power supply.

Using the charging station (DELTA 30 and DELTA 30 PRO)

Use the charging station to charge DELTA 30 and DELTA 30 PRO. The blue LED on the charging station

indicates contact with the dermatoscope. The charge indicator is located on DELTA 30 and DELTA 30 PRO.

Pay attention to the fact that no foreign objects are between the device and the charging station.

When using DELTA 30 or DELTA 30 PRO, make sure that the charging station and DELTA 30 or

DELTA 30 PRO are not contaminated.

The setting up and operation of the charging station is described in a separate instruction of use.

Charge indicator

A charge indicator (5,16) is located on the side or underside of the dermatoscope.

Colour temperature indicator

For the DELTA 30 PRO there is an indicator located on the left side of the dermatoscope, showing the

selected colour temperature.

If the device is switched off, the charge indicator remains on for a further 3 seconds and then goes off.

Do not look directly into the light source when checking the charge level.

Operation

To switch on the illumination, press the button (1,9) on the instrument. The device starts with the last

selected brightness level and in polarisation mode.

For DELTA 30 PRO: The device starts with the last selected colour temperature, last selected brightness

level and in polarisation mode.

Press the button (6, 11) to adjust the brightness in three steps.

The device switches off automatically after 10 minutes if the polarisation buttons, the colour temperature

buttons or the brightness control are not used.

DELTA 30 PRO colour temperature change

By pressing the button (19) labelled as “C” on the front of the DELTA 30 PRO, the colour temperature is

changed forward to a more bluish colour with a high CCT value. There are 4 colour temperatures to cycle

through. If the highest value is reached, the cycle starts again with neutral warm white.

HEINE DELTA 30 PRO is intended for a transient examination of less than 20 minutes with a 10 minutes

break until the next application.

Contact mode (with contact plate)

Place the contact plate (3, 3a,12,12a) on the instrument, making sure that it snaps into place.

The working ring (20) is used instead of the contact plate (3,3a,12,12a). Place the working ring on the

instrument, making sure that it snaps into place. Place the instrument with the contact plate or the working

ring onto the area of skin being examined.

With DELTAone, extend the contact plate (3,3a) over the focusing ring (2).

When carrying out examinations with polarised illumination, you do NOT need any contact liquid such as

immersion oil or disinfection spray. In polarised mode, the polarisation indicator (8,14) lights up blue.

Use the polarisation button (7,10) to switch to non-polarised mode. In this case, use a contact uid such as

immersion oil. When using the small contact plate (3a, 12a), examination is only possible in non-polarised

mode.

Adjusting the focus in contact mode

Your eye needs to be at a distance of approximately 2 cm from the focusing ring (2,13). Rotate the focusing

ring until you see a sharp image. The image has 10-fold magnication.

Non-contact mode (without contact plate)

Take off the contact plate (3,3a,12,12a) or the working ring (20) and hold the device at a distance of

approximately 1 cm above the area of skin being examined. Use the polarisation button (7,10) to switch

to non-polarised mode.

Adjusting the focus in non-contact mode

Your eye needs to be at a distance of approximately 2 cm from the focusing ring (2,13).

With DELTA 30 and DELTA 30 PRO, rotate the focusing ring (13) until you see a sharp image.

With DELTAone, the focus is adjusted via the distance between the skin and the optics. There is no need to

rotate the focusing ring (2).

The image has 10-fold magnication.

Reset of the device

If the device cannot be operated even though the battery is sufciently charged, press buttons 10 and 11 for

8 seconds on the DELTA 30 or buttons 10 and 19 for 8 seconds on the DELTA 30 PRO.

Smartphone Adapter

To connect the dermatoscope to a smartphone, you need a suitable adapter for your smartphone.

Place the adapter onto the focusing ring (2,13). The adapter is held in place by magnetic force.

Install the corresponding app on your smartphone. The app is available in the App Store*.

To avoid any possible malfunctions, please deactivate all other services (switch on ight mode).

Protecting patient data is users’ sole responsibility (e. g. protection of the smartphone with a pin, data

transmission via a secure connection). Ensure that your smartphone is adequately protected against

access by third parties.

An electrical conducting connection between smartphone, PC and a mains power source is not

permissible during the recording of the picture.

All images are saved exclusively on the smartphone in the app’s sandbox. The user is responsible for

the regular creation of a data backup to prevent data loss, which can happen for example through

Utilisation prévue

Dermatoscopes DELTAone, DELTA 30 et DELTA 30 PRO

Le dermatoscope est une lampe d’examen médical à alimentation électrique interne pour l’examen transitoire

non invasif de la peau avec ou sans contact.

En mode contact, la peau présentant une altération pathologique ou un changement due à une maladie peut

être examinée. Le petit embout de contact ne convient pas une utilisation sur la muqueuse. L’examen de

plaies n’est autorisé qu’en mode sans contact. En mode sans contact, l’embout de contact doit être retiré.

L’anneau de travail est conçu pour l’examen et l’instrumentation d’une section cutanée présentant une

modication pathologique ou liée à une maladie. La surface de contact de l’anneau de travail ne doit pas

entrer en contact avec cette peau lésée.

Le produit ne doit être utilisé que par du personnel médical qualié dans des établissements professionnels

de santé. Son utilisation à des ns diagnostiques ne se limite pas à une population de patients quelconque.

Dermatoscopes DELTAone, DELTA 30 et DELTA 30 PRO avec le « Smartphone Adapter » en option

L’option « adaptateur pour smartphone » permet le raccordement mécanique d’un smartphone avec appli

correspondante. L’appli est utilisée pour la documentation par le biais de la prise de clichés, l’enregistrement

et l’afchage d’images.

Mise en service

Charger complètement l’instrument avant la première utilisation.

Mise en charge

Charger le produit hors de l’environnement du patient (1,5 m).

Chargement via USB (DELTAone et DELTA 30)

À l’aide d’un câble USB, raccordez le port USB (4,15) du dermatoscope à une source d’alimentation USB

(p. ex. HEINE E4-USB).

Chargement via USB-C (DELTA 30 PRO)

Utilisez le câble USB-C livré avec le câble DELTA 30 PRO pour connecter le port USB-C (18) du dermatos-

cope à un bloc d’alimentation USB.

Utilisation de la station de charge (DELTA 30 et DELTA 30 PRO)

Utilisez la station de charge pour recharger le DELTA 30 et le DELTA 30 PRO. La LED bleue indique que la

station de charge est en contact avec le dermatoscope. Un indicateur de charge se trouve sur le DELTA 30

et le DELTA 30 PRO.

Veiller à ce qu’aucun autre objet ne se trouve entre l’appareil et la station de charge.

Lorsque vous utilisez le DELTA 30 ou le DELTA 30 PRO, assurez-vous que ni la station de charge, ni le

dermatoscope n’est contaminé.

Lorsque l’on éteint l’appareil, le témoin de charge reste allumé pendant encore 3 secondes puis s’éteint.

Ne regardez pas directement la source lumineuse en vériant le niveau de charge.

Utilisation

Pour allumer la lampe, appuyez sur le bouton (1,9) situé sur l’instrument. L’instrument démarre en mode

polarisation et au dernier niveau de luminosité sélectionné.

DELTA 30 PRO : L’appareil démarre en mode polarisation en indiquant la couleur de la dernière température

sélectionnée et le dernier niveau de luminosité choisi.

En appuyant sur le bouton (6,11), vous pouvez régler la luminosité à l’aide de trois niveaux.

L’appareil s’éteint automatiquement au bout de 10 minutes si les touches de polarisation, de température

ou de luminosité ne sont pas utilisées.

Changer la température sur le DELTA 30 PRO

En appuyant sur le bouton « C » (19) situé sur le devant du DELTA 30 PRO, la température passe à une

couleur plus bleutée avec une valeur CCT élevée. Il existe 4 températures au choix, chacune correspondant

à une couleur. Une fois la valeur maximale atteinte, le cycle recommence avec le blanc chaud neutre.

HEINE DELTA 30 PRO est destiné à un examen provisoire de moins de 20 minutes avec une pause de

10 minutes jusqu’à l’application suivante.

Mode contact (avec embout de contact)

Insérez l’embout de contact (3,3a,12,12a) sur l’instrument en veillant à ce qu’il soit bien encliqueté.

L’anneau de travail (20) est utilisé à la place de l’embout de contact (3,3a,12,12a). Mettez l’anneau de travail

sur l’instrument en veillant à ce qu’il s’enclenche correctement.Mettez l’instrument avec l’embout de contact

ou l’anneau de travail sur la zone de peau à examiner.

Sur le modèle DELTAone, faites chevaucher l’embout de contact (3,3a) au-dessus de la bague de mise au

point (2).

Pour les examens avec éclairage polarisé, AUCUN liquide de contact, tel qu’une huile d’immersion ou un

spray désinfectant, n’est nécessaire. En mode polarisé, l’indicateur de polarisation (8,14) est allumé en bleu.

Vous pouvez basculer en mode non polarisé en utilisant la commande de polarisation (7,10). Utilisez alors

un liquide de contact, tel qu’une huile d’immersion. En cas d’utilisation du petit embout de contact (3a,12a),

seul l’examen en mode non polarisé est possible.

Réglage de la mise au point en mode contact

Approchez l’œil à une distance d’env. 2 cm de la bague de mise au point (2,13). Tournez la bague de mise au

point jusqu’à l’obtention d’une image nette. L’image est grossie 10 fois.

Mode sans contact (sans embout de contact)

Retirez l’embout de contact (3, 3a, 12, 12a) ou l’anneau de travail (20) et maintenez l’appareil à une distance

d’env. 1 cm au-dessus de la zone de la peau à examiner. Vous pouvez basculer en mode non polarisé en

utilisant la commande de polarisation (7,10).

Réglage de la mise au point en mode sans contact

Approchez l’œil à une distance d’env. 2 cm de la bague de mise au point (2,13). Avec le DELTA 30 et le

DELTA 30 PRO, tournez la bague de mise au point (13) jusqu’à ce que l’image soit nette.

Sur le modèle DELTAone , la mise au point doit être réglée au-delà de la distance entre la peau et l’optique.

Il est inutile de tourner la bague de mise au point (2).

L’image est grossie 10 fois.

Réinitialisation de l’appareil

Si l’instrument ne peut pas être utilisé alors que la batterie est sufsamment chargée, appuyez sur les

boutons 10 et 11 pendant 8 secondes pour le DELTA 30 et sur les boutons 10 et 19 pendant 8 secondes

pour le DELTA 30 PRO.

Adaptateur pour smartphone

Pour connecter le dermatoscope à un smartphone, vous avez besoin d’un adaptateur compatible avec votre

smartphone.

Placez l’adaptateur sur la bague de mise au point (2,13). L’adaptateur est maintenu magnétiquement.

Installez l’appli associée sur le smartphone. L’application est disponible dans l’App Store*.

Pour éviter tout dysfonctionnement, désactivez l’ensemble des services (basculer en mode avion).

*App Store est une marque de prestation de service Apple Inc.

La protection des données patient est de la responsabilité de l’utilisateur (par ex. protection du

smartphone au moyen d’un code PIN, transmission des données via une connexion sécurisée).

S’assurer que le smartphone dispose d’une protection sufsante contre l’accès de tiers.

Toute connexion électrique entre le smartphone, le PC et l’alimentation électrique est interdite

pendant l’enregistrement d’images.

Tous les enregistrements sont sauvegardés exclusivement sur le smartphone, dans la sandbox de

l’appli. L’utilisateur est responsable de la réalisation d’une sauvegarde régulière des données an

d’éviter la perte de ces dernières, par exemple en raison d’une suppression de l’appli ou d’une perte

du smartphone. La sauvegarde des données peut être effectuée à l’aide d’un câble vers un autre

ordinateur ou dans l’iCloud via le réseau.

et pièces de rechange autres que les produits et pièces de rechange d’origine HEINE ainsi qu’en cas

d’interventions (en particulier des réparations ou des modications) faites par des personnes non

autorisées par HEINE. Vous trouverez davantage d’informations à ce sujet sur le site www.heine.com.

La durée de vie attendue peut attendre 7 ans lorsque l’usage prévu et les messages d’avertissement,

de sécurité et de maintenance sont respectés. Au-delà de cette période, le produit peut continuer à

être utilisé si toutefois son état reste conforme et sûr.

Note à l’intention de l’utilisateur et/ou du patient :

Tous les incidents graves survenant en rapport avec le produit doivent être signalés à

HEINE Optotechnik GmbH & Co. KG et à l’autorité compétente de l’État membre.

En cas de non-utilisation prolongée, rechargez votre appareil régulièrement an d’empêcher la batterie

de se vider entièrement.

Stocker et utiliser l’appareil uniquement dans un environnement sec et à l’abri de poussière.

Pour réduire les températures de contact lorsque la température ambiante est élevée, les DELTA 30

et DELTA 30 PRO sont dotés d’une fonction de réduc-tion de la luminosité.

Consignes générales

Utiliser exclusivement des adaptateurs USB portant un marquage CE (5V), de fabricants de renom,

répondant au minimum aux exigences de sécurité de la norme IEC60601-1 relative aux dispositifs

électromédicaux.

N’utilisez pas de blocs d’alimentation endommagés.

Verier avant chaque utilisation le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil s’il est

endommage.

L’utilisation dans un environnement à risque d’incendie ou d’explosion, p. ex. en présence d’oxygène

ou de produits anesthésiques, n’est pas autorisée.

L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé au voisinage de champs magnétiques forts, IRM par exemple !

Ne pas modier l’appareil.

Utiliser uniquement des pièces, accessoires et source de courant d’origine HEINE.

Ne pas regarder directement la source lumineuse.

Les dermatoscopes ne conviennent pas pour l’examen des yeux.

Élimination des déchets

Le produit doit être mis au rebut dans le cadre du tri sélectif des appareils électriques et électroniques.

Uso previsto

Dermatoscopios DELTAone, DELTA 30 y DELTA 30 PRO

El dermatoscopio es una lámpara de reconocimiento médico con alimentación eléctrica interna para el

examen de la piel no invasivo y temporal tanto de contacto como sin contacto.

En modo de contacto se puede examinar la piel que presenta una alteración patológica o una alteración

como consecuencia de una enfermedad. Los discos de contacto pequeños no son adecuados para su

utilización en mucosas. El examen de heridas solo se permite en modo sin contacto.

Para el modo sin contacto se debe retirar el disco de contacto. El anillo funcional está destinado al examen

y la instrumentación de una sección de piel que presenta una alteración patológica o relacionada con una

enfermedad. La supercie de contacto del anillo funcional no debe entrar en contacto con la piel alterada.

Su uso solo está permitido en instalaciones profesionales sanitarias por especialistas médicos debidamente

capacitados. El examen no está limitado a ninguna población de pacientes concreta.

Dermatoscopios DELTAone, DELTA 30 y DELTA 30 PRO con opción de «adaptador para smartphone»

La opción «adaptador para smartphone» permite la conexión mecánica de un smartphone con

una aplicación correspondiente. La aplicación sirve para llevar a cabo la documentación mediante la

captura, almacenamiento y visualización de imágenes.

Modo de funcionamiento

Cargue completamente el instrumento antes de utilizarlo por primera vez.

Carga

Cargue el producto fuera del entorno del paciente (1,5 m).

Carga por USB (DELTAone y DELTA 30)

Conecte mediante un cable USB la conexión USB (4,15) del dermatoscopio con una fuente de alimentación

USB (p.ej., HEINE E4-USB).

Carga por USB-C (DELTA 30 PRO)

Utilice el cable USB-C suministrado con el DELTA 30 PRO para conectar el puerto USB-C (18) del

dermatoscopio a una fuente de alimentación USB.

Uso de la estación de carga (DELTA 30 y DELTA 30 PRO)

Utilice la estación de carga para cargar el DELTA 30 y el DELTA 30 PRO. El LED azul de la estación de carga

Cuando se apaga el aparato, la indicación del estado de carga permanece durante 3segundos y luego se

apaga.

No mire directamente a la fuente de luz mientras comprueba el estado de carga.

Manejo

Conecte la iluminación pulsando los interruptores (1,9) que se encuentran en el instrumento. El aparato se

inicia con el último nivel de brillo seleccionado y en modo de polarización.

Para DELTA 30 PRO: El dispositivo arranca con la última temperatura de color seleccionada, el último nivel

de luminosidad seleccionado y en modo de polarización.

Pulsando el interruptor (6,11) se puede regular el brillo en tres niveles.

El dispositivo se desconecta automáticamente al cabo de 10 minutos si no se utilizan los botones de

polarización, los botones de temperatura de color o el ajuste de luminosidad.

Cambio de la temperatura de color del DELTA 30 PRO

Al pulsar el botón (19) etiquetado como «C» en la parte frontal del DELTA 30 PRO, la temperatura de color se

cambia hacia delante a un color más azulado con un valor CCT alto. Hay 4 temperaturas de color a modo de

ciclo para recorrer. Si se alcanza el valor más alto, el ciclo comienza de nuevo con blanco cálido neutro.

El HEINE DELTA 30 PRO está pensado para una exploración transitoria de menos de 20 minutos con una

pausa de 10 minutos hasta la siguiente aplicación.
