SAFETY INFORMATION
• Follow workshop Health & Safety rules,
regulations and conditions when using the
pump.
• Maintain the pump in good condition and
replace any damaged or worn parts.
• Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts
may be dangerous and will void the warranty.
• Wear approved safety gloves and eye and ear
protection.
• Keep the pump clean and in good working
order for best and safest performance.
WARNING!
• Do not use the pump for a task it is not
designed to perform.
• Do not drop, throw, or abuse the pump.
• Do not use the pump if damaged or thought
to be faulty. Contact your local service agent.

BEFORE INSTALLATION
• Eyes protection: Wear a protective mask or
protective eyewear.
• Skin protection: Avoid repeated and
prolonged contact of fluids with the skin by
wearing impermeable protective gloves.
• Check that the equipment has not suered
any damage during transport or storage. Clean
the inlet and outlet openings, removing any
dust or residual packing material.
• Pump must be supplied with clean & dry
compressed air.
• The standard pump configuration is not
suitable for use with flammable media such as
Gasoline.
• Read the instructions carefully before using
the pump and keep them for further reference.
WARNING!
• Air pressure at air inlet should not exceed 5
PSI (0.35 BAR)
• Immediately turn o the air supply after use.
• Defective accessories can lead to personal
injury and material damage
INSTALLATION
(Refer “EXPLODED VIEW”)
1. The complete pump kit is provided with 3
piece suction tube. Assemble all the 3 pieces
of suction tube together as shown in the
image.
2. Slide the body (1, 3, 4, 5 & 6 as a set) onto the
suction tube (2) from the top.
3. Thread tighten the outlet assembly (7, 8, 9 & 10
as a set) to the top portion of the suction tube
(2) with the help of a spanner.
4. *Connect the hose assembly (15) to the outlet
nozzle (10) using hose clamp (14)
5. Insert the pump assembly into the drum from
the drum opening. Once the bottom of the
suction tube (2) touches the base of the drum,
slide / adjust the body (1) onto the suction
tube (2) to securely fasten the body onto the
drum opening.
6. With the air supply turned o, connect the air
line into the ball valve (6) on the pump
7. The pump is now ready to use

CAUTIONS!
• Use thread sealant on all connections to
ensure leak-proof working.
• For the pump to operate, drum must be sealed
ensuring no air outlet to maintain pressure
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
(Refer “EXPLODED VIEW”)
1. Open the air inlet ball valve (6) fully.
2. Switch on the compressed air supply.
3. Hold the outlet nozzle (10) near a container
& open the outlet valve (9). Pump will start
operating with continuous fluid discharge as
long as the outlet valve (9) is open.
4. Once the outlet valve (9) is closed, the pump
will stop dispensing fluid.
5. Switch o the air supply to the pump
immediately after use.
MAINTENANCE
(Refer “EXPLODED VIEW”)
• This pump requires little maintenance, however
to maximize the useful life of the pump, it is
recommended to inspect and, if necessary,
periodically clean the outlet nozzle (10),
suction tube (2) & hose assembly (15).
