Mounting instructions
1.
Ställ MC:n på centralstödet, demontera sadel och
sidokåpor.
2.
Plocka bort batteriet och demontera batterilådan.
3.
Demontera den tvärgående plåtbryggan samt
justeringsanordningen för originaldämparen.
4.
Lossa och demontera stötdämparbultarna samt övre
länkinfästningen. Demontera stötdämparen med
justeranordning.
5.
Den nya Öhlin-dämparen kan nu monteras. Börja
med att föra upp justercylindern och vidare ut på
höger sida. Följ efter med stötdämparen och montera
stötdämparbultarna, samt bulten till den övre
länkinfästningen.
6.
Montera justercylindern med bifogat fäste (se skiss)
tillsammans med den tvärgående plåtbryggan.
7.
Montera batterilådan, tillhörande elarrangemang,
sidokåpor och sadel.
8.
Se till att alla skruvar är åtdragna.
1.
Put the motorcycle on the center stand, remove the
seat and side covers.
2.
Remove the battery and the batterybox.
3.
Remove the transverse bracket and the adjusting unit
on the right side. Loosen and remove the shockbolts
and the upper linkage bolt.
4.
Remove the original shockabsorber with the
adjusting unit.
5.
The new Öhlin-shock can now be mounted. Start by
pulling the hydraulic spring adjuster up, and out on
the right side, and then the shockaborber itself
upwards. Mount the shockbolts and the upper
linkage bolt.
6.
Mount the transverse bracket and the spring adjuster
with bracket (see fig.).
7.
Mount the battery box and the battery, side covers
and the seat.
8.
Make sure that all bolts are tightened.
