Mounting instructions
1.
Ställ MC:n på centralstödet, plocka bort sadel och
sidopaneler.
2.
Lossa luftfilterboxen för att få bättre åtkomlighet till
övre stötdämparskruven.
3.
Lossa och demontera de båda stötdämparskruvarna,
plocka bort original dämparen nedåt.
4.
Montering av Öhlin-dämparen:
För upp justercylindern och stötdämparen, montera
övre stötdämparskruven. Justercylindern monteras
på vänster sida enligt skiss.
5.
Lyft bakhjulet och montera nedre
stötdämparskruven. Dra åt samtliga skruvar.
6.
Montera sidopaneler och sadel.
1.
Place the motorcycle on the centerstand, remove seat
and side covers.
2.
Loosen the airfilterbox to get better access to the
upper shock bolt.
3.
Remove the two shockbolts. Lift the rear wheel and
remove the original shockabsorber downwards.
4.
Mounting the Öhlin-shockabsorber:
Start by pulling the hydraulic preload adjuster and
shock upwards. Mount the upper shockbolt. Mount
the preload adjuster on left side. (see fig).
5.
Lift the rear wheel and mount the lower
shockabsorber bolt. Make sure that all bolts are
tightened.
6.
Mount side covers and seat.
