Mounting instructions
1.
Ställ MC:n på centralstödet, demontera höger
sidokåpa.
2.
Demontera nedre mutter samt övre skruv och mutter,
detta underlättas om bakhjulet lyfts något.
3.
Demontera stötdämparen från nedre infästningen.
4.
Montera Öhlin-dämparen genom att först montera
ändöglan vid nedre infästningen. Lyft hjulet och
montera övre skruv och mutter. Montera också olje/-
gasbehållaren med hjälp av klammers och
monteringsgummin samt justercylindern till
fjäderförspänningen. Se skiss.
5.
Montera justercylindern till hydraul förspännaren
enligt skiss under dynan.
6.
Se till att samtliga skruvar och muttrar är åtdragna.
1.
Put the motorcycle on the center stand, remove the
right side cover.
2.
Remove the lower nut and the upper bolt holding
the shock absorber. (Lift the rear wheel while
removing the bolt.)
3.
Remove the damper unit from the lower mounting.
4.
Mounting the Öhlin shock: Mount the end eye at
the lower mounting , lift the wheel and mount the
upper bolt. Mount the reservoire using the hose
clamps and mounting rubbers. See fig.
5.
Mount the preload adjuster according to the
mounting fig. under the seat.
6.
Make sure that all bolts are tightened. Mount sida
cover.
