2 Sicherheitshinweise

2.1 Allgemeine Sicherheit

 Wenn das Gerät sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist, dürfen Sie es nicht

in Betrieb nehmen.

 Reparaturen an diesem Gerät dürfen nur von Fachkräften durchgeführt

werden. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren

entstehen.

Wenden Sie sich im Reparaturfall an den Kundendienst.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass die Lüftungsschlitze nicht abgedeckt werden.

 Klemmen Sie Ihre Kühlbox und andere Verbraucher von der Batterie ab,

bevor Sie ein Schnellladegerät anschließen!

 Vergleichen Sie die Spannungsangabe auf dem Typenschild mit der vor-

handenen Energieversorgung.

 Lebensmittel dürfen nur in Originalverpackungen oder geeigneten Behäl-

tern eingelagert werden.

 Die Kühlbox ist nicht geeignet für den Transport ätzender oder lösungs-

mittelhaltiger Stoffe!

Elektrogeräte sind kein Kinderspielzeug!

Benutzen Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern.

2.2 Sicherheit beim Betrieb des Gerätes

 Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen Flammen oder an-

deren Wärmequellen (Heizung, starke Sonneneinstrahlung, Gasöfen

usw.) ab.

 Füllen Sie keine Flüssigkeiten oder Eis in den Innenbehälter.

 Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Wasser.

 Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Hitze und Nässe.

3 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Die Einbaukühlbox ist für den Betrieb am 12-V-DC-Bordnetz eines

Fahrzeugs ausgelegt.

Die Kühlbox eignet sich zum Kühlen von Lebensmitteln.

Falls Sie Medikamente kühlen wollen, überprüfen Sie bitte, ob die Kühlleis-

tung des Gerätes den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Arzneimittel entspricht.

4Lieferumfang

Prüfen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes, ob alle zum Lieferumfang gehö-

renden Teile vorhanden sind.

5 Technische Beschreibung

Die Kühlbox ist für den mobilen Einsatz geeignet. Sie kann Waren bis max.

20 °C unter Umgebungstemperatur abkühlen (thermostatische Abschaltung

bei ca. +5 °C) bzw. kühl halten.

Die Kühlung ist eine verschleißfreie Peltierkühlung mit Wärmeabfuhr durch

einen Lüfter.

Hinweis

Die Kühlung wird abgeschaltet, wenn die Eingangsspannung unter

11,6 V fällt. Die Kühlung wird erst wieder eingeschaltet, wenn die

Eingangsspannung mindestens 12,1 V beträgt.

6 Installation

Beachten Sie beim Einbau des Gerätes in ein Fahrzeug folgende Hinweise:

 Bauen Sie die Kühlbox an einem trockenen, geschützten Platz ein

(Einbaumaße: siehe Abb. 1, Seite 3).

 Vermeiden Sie das Einbauen neben Wärmequellen wie Heizungen, Gas-

öfen, Warmwasserleitungen etc.

 Die Kühlbox muss so eingebaut sein, dass die erwärmte Luft vom Kühl-

aggregat gut abziehen kann. Stellen Sie daher eine ausreichende Belüf-

tung sicher.

7 Bedienung

Bevor Sie die neue Kühlbox in Betrieb nehmen, sollten Sie es aus

hygienischen Gründen innen und außen mit einem feuchten Tuch

reinigen (siehe auch Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“ auf Seite 8).

7.1 Tipps zum Energiesparen

 Öffnen Sie die Kühlbox nicht häufiger als nötig!

 Lassen Sie den Deckel oder die Tür nicht länger offen stehen als nötig!

7.2 Kühlbox verwenden

Wie jeder Kühlschrank muss Ihre Kühlbox einwandfrei belüftet

sein, damit die entzogene Wärme abgeführt werden kann, andern-

falls ist eine ordnungsgemäße Funktion nicht gewährleistet.

➤ Schalten Sie die Kühlbox mit dem Ein-/Aus-Schalter (siehe Abb. 2,

Seite 3, Pos. A) ein.

✓ Die rote LED im Ein-/Aus-Schalter leuchtet und die Temperatur im Innen-

raum der Kühlbox sinkt bis auf max 5 °C.

Achten Sie darauf, dass sich nur Gegenstände bzw. Waren in der

Kühlbox befinden, die auf die gewählte Temperatur gekühlt bzw.

erwärmt werden dürfen.

Achtung!

Ziehen Sie vor jedem Reinigen der Kühlbox das Anschlusskabel

aus der Steckdose oder dem Zigarettenanzünder.

Achtung!

Reinigen Sie die Kühlbox niemals unter fließendem Wasser oder

gar im Spülwasser.

Achtung!

Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel

oder harten Gegenstände, da diese die Kühlbox beschädigen

können.

➤ Reinigen Sie die Kühlbox innen gelegentlich mit einem feuchten Tuch.

➤ Reinigen Sie das Geräteäußere mit einem feuchten Tuch.

9 Gewährleistung

Es gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist. Sollte das Produkt defekt sein,

wenden Sie sich bitte an die Niederlassung des Herstellers in Ihrem Land

(Adressen siehe Rückseite der Anleitung) oder an Ihren Fachhändler.

Zur Reparatur- bzw. Gewährleistungsbearbeitung müssen Sie folgende

Unterlagen mitschicken:

 eine Kopie der Rechnung mit Kaufdatum,

 einen Reklamationsgrund oder eine Fehlerbeschreibung.

10 Entsorgung

➤ Geben Sie das Verpackungsmaterial möglichst in den entsprechenden

Recycling-Müll.

Wenn Sie das Gerät endgültig außer Betrieb nehmen, informieren

Sie sich bitte beim nächsten Recyclingcenter oder bei Ihrem Fach-

händler über die zutreffenden Entsorgungsvorschriften.

2.1 General safety

 Do not operate the appliance if it is visibly damaged.

 This appliance may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Inadequate

repairs can lead to considerable hazards.

Should your appliance need to be repaired, please contact the

manufacturer’s customer service.

 Ensure that the ventilation slots are not covered.

 Disconnect the cooler and other electric consumers from the battery

before connecting the quick charging device.

 Check that the voltage specification on the type plate is the same as that

of the power supply.

 Food may only be stored in its original packaging or in suitable containers.

 The cooler is not suitable for transporting caustic materials or materials

containing solvents.

Electrical devices are not toys!

Always keep the device out of the reach of children.

2.2 Operating the appliance safely

 Do not use it near naked flames or other heat sources (heaters, direct

sunlight, gas ovens etc.)

 Do not fill the inner container with ice or fluid.

 Never immerse the device in water.

3 Intended use

The built-in cooler is designed to operate from a 12 V DC vehicle

supply.

It is suitable for cooling foodstuffs.

If you wish to cool medicines, please check if the cooling capacity of the

device is adequate for this purpose.

4 Scope of delivery

Before starting the device, check if all of the parts belonging to the scope of

delivery are present.

5 Technical description

The built-in cooler is suitable for mobile use. You can keep items cool at up

to 20 °C below the ambient temperature (thermostat switches off at around

+5 °C).

Its cooling system is a non-wearing Peltier cooling system with the heat

discharged by a fan.

Note

The cooling function of the box is switched off if the input voltage

falls below 11.6 volts. The cooling function is only activated again

when the input voltage is at least 12.1 volts.

Note the following instructions when fitting the built-in cooler in the vehicle:

 Install the cooler in a dry, sheltered place

(Dimensions: see fig. 1, page 3).

 Avoid installing the devices next to heat sources such as heaters,

gas ovens, hot water pipes, etc.

 The device must be installed so that heated air from the cooling unit can

dissipate easily. Therefore make sure there is adequate ventilation.

7 Operation

Before starting your new cooler for the first time, you should

clean it inside and outside with a damp cloth for hygienic

reasons (see “Cleaning and maintenance” on page 14).

7.1 Energy saving tips

 Do not open the cooler more often than necessary.

 Do not leave the lid or door open for longer than necessary.

7.2 Using the cooler

Like every refrigerator, your cooler must be properly ventilated

so that any heat created can dissipate, otherwise it cannot be

guaranteed to work properly.

➤ Switch on the cooler using the power switch (see fig. 2, page 3, A).

✓ The red LED on the power switch lights up and the temperature inside

the cooler falls to 5 °C at most.

Ensure that the objects placed in the cooler are suitable for

cooling/warming to the selected temperature.

8 Cleaning and maintenance

Note

Before cleaning the cooler, pull the cable out of the socket or the

cigarette lighter.

Note

Do not clean the cooler under running water or in dish water.

Note

Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects for cleaning

as these can damage the cooler.

➤ Clean the interior of the cooler with a damp cloth from time to time.

➤ Wipe the outside with a damp cloth.

9 Guarantee

The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please

contact the manufacturer's branch in your country (see the back of the

instruction manual for the addresses) or your retailer.

For repair and guarantee processing, please include the following

documents when you send in the device:

 A copy of the receipt with purchasing date

 A reason for the claim or description of the fault

➤ If possible, always take the packaging material for recycling.

When the time comes to scrap the device, ask your local recycling

centre or dealer for details about how to do this in accordance with

the applicable disposal regulations.

2.1 Sécurité générale

 Les produits alimentaires doivent être conservés dans leurs emballages

originaux ou dans des récipients appropriés.

 N’utilisez pas la glacière pour le transport de produits corrosifs ou de

solvants !

Les appareils électriques ne sont pas des jouets pour enfants !

Utilisez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants.

2.2 Consignes de sécurité concernant le

fonctionnement de l’appareil

 Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil près de flammes ou d’autres sources

de chaleur (chauffage, rayons solaires, fours à gaz, etc.).

 Ne remplissez pas le bac intérieur de substances liquides ou de glace.

 Ne plongez jamais l’appareil dans l’eau.

 Protégez l’appareil de la chaleur et de l’humidité.

 Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages provoqués

par une utilisation non conforme de l’appareil ou par des erreurs de

manipulation.

3 Usage conforme

La glacière est conçue pour fonctionner sur un réseau de bord

12 V CC de votre véhicule.

La glacière est conçue pour la réfrigération d’aliments.

Si vous souhaitez conserver au frais des médicaments, nous vous prions de

vérifier si la puissance frigorifique de l’appareil correspond à la température

de conservation recommandée pour les médicaments concernés.

4 Contenu de la livraison

Avant de mettre l’appareil en service, vérifier si toutes les pìèces fournies à

5 Description technique

La glacière convient pour une utilisation mobile. Elle peut refrigérer et tenir

au frais des produits jusqu’à 20 °C en dessous de la température ambiante

(le thermostat s’éteint automatiquement à env. +5 °C).

La réfrigération est assurée par effet Peltier, sans usure, avec évacuation de

la chaleur par ventilateur.

Remarque

Le refroidissement s’éteint lorsque la tension d’entrée devient

inférieure à 11,6 V. Le refroidissement n’est rallumé que lorsque la

tension d’entrée est d’au moins 12,1 V.

6 Installation

En cas de montage de l’appareil dans un véhicule, respectez les instructions

suivantes :

 Montez la glacière dans un endroit sec et protégé.

(dimensions : voir fig. 1, page 3).

 Evitez de monter l’appareil à proximité de sources de chaleur telles que

des chauffages, des fours à gaz, des conduites d’eau chaude, etc.

 La glacière doit être montée de manière à ce que l’air réchauffé puisse

être facilement évacué du groupe frigorifique. Veillez à ce que la

ventilation soit suffisante.

7 Utilisation

Avant de mettre en service votre nouvelle glacière, vous devez,

pour des raisons d’hygiène, la nettoyer à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur

à l’aide d’un tissu humide (voir aussi chapitre « Entretien et

nettoyage », page 21).

7.1 Comment économiser de l’énergie ?

 Ne pas ouvrir la glacière plus souvent que nécessaire !

 Ne pas laisser le couvercle ou la porte ouverts plus longtemps que

nécessaire !

7.2 Utilisation de la glacière

Comme tout appareil de réfrigération, votre glacière doit être

parfaitement ventilé afin que la chaleur dégagée soit évacuée,

sans quoi un fonctionnement correct ne saurait être garanti.

➤ Allumez et éteignez la glacière à l’aide de l’interrupteur marche/arrêt (voir

fig. 2, page 3, pos. A) de l’appareil.

✓ La DEL rouge de l’interrupteur marche/arrêt s’allume et la température à

l’intérieur de la glacière descend à 5 °C maximum.

Veillez à ne déposer dans la glacière que des objets ou des

aliments pouvant être portés à la température sélectionnée.
