Cleaning the cooker hood
External:
Clean the cooker hood with a damp cloth and a small
amount of detergent.
Do not use caustic, abrasive or inflammable liquids for
cleaning. By applying ”steel cleaner” from Thermex
to the stainless steel surfaces, the cooker hood will
not be as susceptible to dirt or finger marks.
Cleaning the grease filter:
Cleaning should take place as and when necessary, but at
least once every two months. The more the cooker hood is
used, the greater the cleaning frequency required.
Remove the filter by pushing the grey plastic handle
towards the wall and pulling the filter downwards.
Clean the filter in warm water with detergent or in the
dishwasher at max. 60 degrees Celsius.
NB. If cleaned in the dishwasher, the filter may become
slightly discoloured.
If the cooker hood does not work:
Check that the plug is inserted in the socket
Make sure that the plug socket is switched on
Check whether the fuse has blown
Check whether the grease filter is clean
If the cooker hood has been purchased as new in Denmark,
any manufacturing or material defects found during the
normal use of the cooker hood will be remedied here in
the country.
For Greenland and the Faroe Islands, special rules apply.
In the event of any claims, please contact the dealer
from whom you purchased the cooker hood.
