Mounting instructions
1. Jack snow mobile up on blocks, so that the track
hangs loose.
2. Release the tension of the track to minimum
position.
3. Remove upper shock bolt.
4. Remove shaft and shock absorber.
5. Remove upper support wheel shaft. This shaft
has to be moved rearwards 35 mm (this to
provide clearance for shock absorber). New holes
in chassis has to be drilled to a diameter of 10
mm, see figure.
6. Mount the support wheel shaft in the new fitting
point.
7. Mount the Öhlin shock on the shaft with
reservoir pointing to the right hand side.
8. Mount the shock in its upper mounting, and the
shaft (lower mounting).
9. Make sure that all bolts are tightened. Adjust the
track tension, see owners manual.
1. Palla upp skotern så att drivmattan hänger fritt.
2. Släpp på mattspäningen till sitt min-läge.
3. Demontera övre stötdämparskruven.
4. Demontera komplett axel vid stötdämparens
nedre infästningspunkt.
5. Demontera övre bakre stödhjulsaxeln. Denna
axel skall flyttas bakåt 35 mm, (detta för att ge
frigång till stötdämparen). Nya hål skall borras
upp i chassit till en håldiameter av 10 mm, se
skiss.
6. Montera stödhjulsaxeln i de nya hålen.
7. Montera Öhlin dämparen på axeln med
behållaren vänd åt höger sida, se skiss.
8. Montera stötdämparen i övre fästet, och därefter
axel (nedre infästningen).
9. Drag åt samtliga skruvar och spänn mattan.
